why can i not enchant my bow with enchant weapon-wafting writ.

BIG NOTE TO ENCHANTERS: If you ever have a DF (or maybe older?) recipe that will not allow you to enchant it on an Vello da Incantatore, (this recipe is one of these!) first check the spell's tooltip/recipe to see what item it affects.

Example: If the recipe is for a weapon enchant, REMOVE YOUR EQUIPPED WEAPON. Then try to enchant the Vello da Incantatore.

After success then don't forget to re-equip as some people may accidentally disenchant or sell their "junk gear" in their bags and POOF goes your needed gear!

The tooltip here on WoWHead are a bit off. I assume this is some level scaling or similiar.

The values at 70 are

Rank	Haste
1	1188
2	1209
3	1395

Also worth noting that if you are Dual Wielding these enchants, the chance to trigger remains the same, but once it triggers, the values stack. So if you are dual-wielding two weapons with Rank 3, whenever the effect triggers you recieve 1395+1395=2790 Haste.
