Note that Zaino di Fiori Sontuosoand the other similar profession items you can make from Iskaara Tuskarr renown 18 LW recipes are BOP, so you can only make these profession items for the toon that has leatherworking. It doesn't really make sense to me that these items are soulbound, as it makes the recipes worthless unless you have the profession that uses the item, which in my case was only theCappello dello Scuoiatore Esperto . I bought the other recipes before I realized I would not be able to make the items for other toons.

you can get them on other characters by having the other characters make personal crafting orders for them from the character that has the pattern
