Fantastic for farming beasts for skinning.
Will pull all mobs within 60yds to you.

Nameplates are visible for 60yds. If you can see the nameplate, this will pull the beast.
Even though this should be true, in practice it doesn't seem to work. Mobs on the very edge may be visible but still won't pull.

Only a 5 minute cooldown!

If you would rather not open your Skinning Journal each time to craft one of these, you can run this command to pick up the crafting spell and drop it on your action bars.
/run PickupSpell(383128)

After you run this command, the crafting spell will be attached to your cursor and you can just place it anywhere on your action bars.

Instant use and doesn't work for more than when it's used. So use it, pull everything, then wait 5 minutes to use it again. I tested by using it in an area, then running to other mobs it didn't pull, and the mobs didn't pull outside their normal aggro range if they had one. Seems pointless to me, sadly.

The beaver dam area in Azure Span seems to have tightly packed beasts, usually I get 15 per bottle.

After trying different spots, seems there is a winner: If you want to bait a massive amount of animals, use it in The Azure Span, coords 67,68 55,91 (you must be over a little rock).

This will taunt 16-20 creatures.
