Not sure if they just suck, are bugged, or if it's an HPal type thing, these are really really bad. Proc'd 4 times in a whole run. Maybe I don't understand the rules and it's only on casted heals? The description makes it seem like it would be anything, even concecrates. Perhaps they just have a horrendously garbage proc chance.

I'd avoid these, which kinda means you can probably find better embellishments elsewhere than shields.

Just tested these myself. Evoker 380 ilvl, inserted darts in crafted chest, tested in heroic Uldaman.

In ~20 mins run got 35 procs - this means about 2 times per minute (possibly more since 70% of time I was DPSing). In total these gave 1.4% of my summary healing, but taking overheal into account these could resulted in ~3,5%, which is not bad if you run M+ keys, in raid I suppose these will be nearly useless. So, well, if you want to craft an epic item and dont have another idea how to occupy 2nd jewelery slot (along with Elemental Lariat) this can be a solution, although +195 Vers\group mail pants looks much better - if you have a recipe (I didnt).

Resto druid, 405ilvl, did around 20 dungeons, all from +17 to +19, it was 0.4% to 0.7% of my overall healing, which is pretty trash imo. Would not recommend to use your embellishments on that fore sure, untill anything changes.

It prob doesnt matter but i had rank3 of that and crafted it on 418 ring.

Tested as Disc Priest heroic Nelth it was 7.8% of my overall healing. I am more than satisfied with that to be honest.

So it says when you heal, so do you have to heal someone with a spell, or could this actually be something a tank should have, and every time they get healed have a chance to shoot healing darts to nearby players, such as melee DPS that are close to them? And maybe that could be why its not procing for healers that much is because they aren't quite close enough to other players?

Seems to be nerfed arround 70-80% in pvp so if you wonder if its worth - its not
