There are 4 colorways for the Dracthyr Battlegear sets (which can be worn by any mail class, regardless of whether they are Dracthyr or not.) You can see these in the Appearance Tab/Sets/Emerald Dracthyr Battlegear/Dropdown Menu.

The Obsidian set can be purchased from any of the four Quartermasters of Wrathion and Sabellian once they consider you a True Friend.
The Crimson set is only available from quest rewards in the Dracthyr starting zone, The Forbidden Reach, so you'll need to start a Dracthyr to get it, but then any of your mail classes can wear it. If you complete the zone, you'll have the whole set.
The Emerald set pieces are world drops from any mob in the Dracthyr starting zone, and may (unconfirmed) be looted by any mail class in the end-game version of the Forbidden Reach. Currently, the shoulders and belt for the Emerald set are not available in-game, and it is unclear if these will be implemented at a later time.
The Cobalt set is available for purchase from the Quartermasters in the Cobalt Assembly once the Power has reached High.
