The Fireplume Regalia set is a new transmog set in the cash shop.

Here is where you can see how it looks: https://www.wowhead.com/items/name:fireplume/min-level:1/max-level:1#modelviewer:4:1;657102;3;657107;5;658266;6;657224;7;657231;8;657229;10;657247:1+0
Select the pieces you want to view together and click "View in 3D".

It comes with:

4 pants
3 chests
2 gloves
1 head
1 boots
1 shoulder
1 waist

so you can choose various combinations.

The same-slot pieces vary in style, but all maintain the same color scheme.

The feathers on the head and shoulders continually float and sway with every movement, and it looks very natural. (Nothing at all like the stiff cardboard wings from the Dragonflight epic pack, I might add.) I tested going to dimmer areas, and the feathers on the head, shoulders, belt as well as the feathery trim at the bottom of the skirt (if you select that style) noticeably glow.

I do think you get your money's worth with the multiple variations. Time will tell, though, if it has the same annoying Celestial Observer's set bug where it keeps randomly disappearing and reappearing from your collection (when it disappears, so does your transmog).
