You can loot Schema: Vespide Alabronzea Found insice a forge/cave called Gravis Repose Locus.

Enter the cave and move up the ramp on your right just as you get inside.

After entering the archive go up the right path and check out an object on the top.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Vespide Alabronzea mount.

It bothers me that the wings are not symetrical, either when still (the right one sticks up a bit more) or in flight, the right one moves up higher and the left one is lower. IT just looks very imbalanced and stupid. Maybe it is supposed to be an imperfect creation? It should fly in circles then...

Lots of colorful but overwhelming comments on this page. Here's all you need to know:
1. Go to these coordinates, ground level, to enter the facility: /way 50.59, 32.03
2. Go inside and up the ramp on the right in the main room. The Item is at the top of the ramp (/way 48.98, 40.50) inside the small pyramid statue.
