I received Stivale Destro del Frangifede as a Revendreth World Quest drop and bought Stivale Sinistro del Frangifede from the dredger at the Wanecrypt Hill flight point using the Rubino Infuso currency. I clicked on one boot in my inventory thinking it would combine with the other - it didn't. Thanks to Saephire who points out that you need to click on the RIGHT Boot (in your inventory) to create a pair that isn't soulbound. Clicking on the Left Boot you buy from Piedemorto does nothing.

The pair of boots you create scales with your ilevel which affects the going Auction House price.

Then I put one of the boots on my character and it created a soulbound pair of Stivali del Frangifede. If anyone was able to create a BoE pair of boots in your inventory, plz describe how. You do not need to be a leatherwork to create the pair of boots.

The item created seems to be capped to ilvl 194 as creating one at ilvl 224 didn't yield any higher item.
