I got this as a drop after timing a +15 Halls of Atonement. Either it's awarded when you complete/time a +15 mythic keystone dungeon, or there's a chance that it can be in the end chest of any M+ dungeon, with greater odds the higher the keystone level. Was just doing my weekly, was a pleasant surprise, though!

I got this from timing a +3 so I think it's safe to assume the number doesn't matter, only that it's a mythic+.

I got mine from a Sanguine Depths +2. We timed the run. Definitely not tied to a Mythic+ difficulty level.

farmin' this in +2 for like 200 times, no drop, bugged in 9.2.5 ?

edit: finally dropped off a +2 DOS.........what a pain.....about 290 times M+ grindin', the drop chance must be nerfed since 9.2.0 something
