Dropped tonight 1/24 from Ha-Li in the vale, appears to be a random drop from rares in the vale. Unsure if it's specific to a certain invading force.

I received this killing Coagulated Anima (rare) in the vale during Mogu invasion. I was playing as an Enhancement Shaman.

Got this today on my rogue off of Anh-de the Loyal.

Found it in my bag after doing one of the assaults in either uldum or vale. Looted on Demon hunter havoc spec. 3-9-2020
