A reward from the second BfA pathfinder achievement, Ricognizione di Battle for Azeroth, Parte Due coming in Patch 8.2, this is a flying mount.
You will need to do some exploring, raise some new reps to Revered, and have completed Ricognizione di Battle for Azeroth, Parte Uno in order to obtain this mount.

This is a mechanical bird/parrot mount, possibly flavored by the coming Meccagon zone (releasing during the same patch).

There's a similar / style matching mini pet / battle pet, Piumotto, which can be obtained via the Before the Storm quest chain.
(Alliance version begins with Cos'è successo a Saffy Flivvers?, Horde with Lo strano caso di Grizzek Frizzachiavi).
While the quest chain I did is Alliance only, I've successfully been able to summon the pet on Horde characters, so it seems there's no reason to complete it on both factions.

It's a cool mount, but doesn't land just hovers, so makes interacting with some things a bit annoying while mounted.

I cannot be 100% certain, but this mount appears to slightly shrink the rider

Why can't we land this thing like druid's flight form? Can't even see the mailbox with wings flapping all the time.

This is great! I wish we had had something like this for the other Pathfinder achievements.

Considering everyone will get this for just completing the achievement... it is a very cool mount. This combined with the "better" color variations of the achievement mounts versus drop mounts on Mechagon... and this is very much a step in the right direction. Putting the time in for a guaranteed, decent mount feels very good. This is coming from someone that killed Lich King 362 times. just to get Invincible. Probably the worst experience I have had in the game, and the reason I no longer mount farm. So now, I feel pretty good knowing that my time will be rewarded.

Give credit, where credit is due... good job Blizzard!

For me, I didn't get the mount in the mail or in my bag. I thought I may have messed something up, but I checked my mount list, and the little birdie was there!

Reminds me of the main villain from Sly Cooper, Clockwerk, who was a mechanical bird.

Is there a hunter pet version of this? So when my gnome hunter is flying this guy, and has Feathers as a companion, there'll be three of them.

Unlike the other 2 flying Mechagon mounts, this mount will not protect you from being targeted by the flying patrol bots in Mechagon Island.

If you just won this mount, but still can't fly in Boralus: Simply logout and login again. Then you'll be able to fly.
