This item is created by scribes, but is BoE, so it can be used by anybody. When using this, you will get an additional 10 reputation with Destatempesta for each World Quest you complete, even for World Quests that do not have anything to do with the Destatempesta.

The contract/buff will last for 7 days. You can cancel it by using a contract for another faction, or you can however choose to remove it by right-clicking on the buff.

During the first few weeks of Battle for Azeroth, the Contracts had a permanent effect, but this was changed to lasting 7 days after a hotfix on September 5th 2018.

One of several contracts availible in Battle for Azeroth. These contracts add +10 bonus reputation to the chosen faction for every world quest completed on Kul Tiras and Zandalar regardless of the the world quest's faction. These buffs persist through death and instances. You can right click the buff to remove it, or use a different contract to replace it. You can only have one contract active at a time. All contracts are made by Runografia.

Horde Contracts:

There are no contracts for the VII Legione (Alliance) or Brigata dell'Onore (Horde) factions. Reputations for these factions are earned via a few non-repeatable quests and world quests on the enemy faction's continent. These two factions are required at exalted, as well as the achievement Pronti per la guerra / Pronti per la guerra, for the Nano Ferroscuro and the Orco Mag'har unlocks.

Since the patch on 9/4/2018, these contracts now last for 1 week instead of indefinitely. Seems like it was a bug for them to last until clicked off or replaced.

Keep in mind that only World Quests count for the contracts. The daily quests in Mechagon/Nazjatar and the follower quests in Nazjatar do not count as they are not World Quests...

Have to say I'm somewhat disappointed with these Contracts, +10 bonus reputation is really stingy. +100 would make these much more worthwhile.
