Wow the Horde got screwed once again. These replica's are horrible and the alliance look so nice :(

I am so confused, As We were told with the new XMOG system, you have to be able to equip the item (as well as being armor type for your class) to be able to xmog it and add it to your account wide wardrobe, but i (not knowing the items were live) logged in irst on my DK and got the staff and axe, and not on my lock (which is where I want the staff) so how do I earn that appearance for xmog, as well as use it now?

I mailed this box to an alliance alt and it transformed into the alliance version of the box upon opening the mail. I then send it back to my horde char and it changed back to the horde version again.
So open the box on each side before deciding to mail the transmogs to your bank alt or you could end up with a duplicate set while missing the other!
