This item starts a quest (Un biglietto per Marin) that can be turned into Marin Granstrippo in the Ladro Order Hall, the Camera delle Ombre. It is obtained by training the La Volta Tier 2 Order Hall Upgrade.

See below for further information.

Noggenfogger will give you access to the Uncrowned Vault within the Order Hall, which can net you some interesting treasures. If his name is familiar, it's because Marin Granstrippo is the famous creator of the Elisir di Granstrippo!

There are 2 ways to obtain access to the Uncrowned Vault:

If you train La Volta, the Tier 2 Order Hall Upgrade in Camera delle Ombre, you sometimes obtain a Biglietto delle Segrete on successful completion of an Order Hall mission. This gives you access to the Uncrowned Vault within the Camera delle Ombre, when turned into Marin Granstrippo.
Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo, obtained via pickpocketing in the Broken Isles, will also give you access to the Uncrowned Vault when turned in to Marin Granstrippo.

You MUST train La Volta Order Hall Upgrade in order to pickpocket these coins!
At present (whether working as intended or not) you will not get any choice of treasures with Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo unless you have FIRST used a Biglietto delle Segrete on that same day! After you've turned in your Biglietto delle Segrete, you can use as many coins as you want on that day for more chances at treasure.

NOTE: If you have sent Marin Granstrippo (the champion/follower) on an Order Hall mission, he will not appear (to allow you to turn in your ticket/coin) until the mission has completed!

The Uncrowned Vault contains various interesting treasures! All items are only usable in the Broken Isles.

Each time you access the vault, you will get to choose between a number of different (random) treasures. These will have a purple glow around them in the vault. Choose wisely! You only get to keep ONE object.

Note that the treasures available rotate daily. As such, if you are looking for something in particular, try again on a subsequent day.
Accessing the vault again on the same day will give you the same choices of treasures.
Some users have reported that if they DO NOT loot anything in the Vault, they can keep coming back day after day (indefinitely), checking the treasures for that day in the vault. Apparently this can be done until something is looted.

Some of the items you can obtain are listed below - many are consumable items, but there is also a Toy:

Stivali Fumanti - (3 charges) grants an additional 15% movement speed while stealthed. Lasts 1 hour.
Tè di Sboccialesto (10 charges) - restores 100 energy.
Polvere di Fumo (10 charges) - acts the same as Sparizione, but does not put Sparizione on cooldown.
Bombe Appiccicose (15 charges) - puts down an AoE bomb that does damage (similar to Engineering bombs of old).
Tomo Rubato della Storia dell'Artefatto - grants 200 (base) Artifact Power to your equipped weapon.
Cassa Sospetta - Toy that disguises you as a crate.

Subtlety Rogue Hidden Artifact Weapon Appearance

The Uncrowned Vault is the way to obtain the hidden Subtlety Ladro Artifact Appearance via Tomo dei Veleni Ultraterreni. See the spoiler tags below for details!

The steps to obtaining the Venombite weapon appearance for Subtlety Rogues is as follows:

Use the Chiave del Tesoro Sepolto Ritrovatos to open the Tesoro Ritrovato di Lei Shens at the rest area after completing the scenario. These chests have a chance to contain Tomo dei Veleni Ultraterreni, which unlocks the hidden appearance!

Used this today on live. There were 3 interactable objects, a Box of Throwing Daggers, a Pile of Sticky Bombs, and a Sparking Set of Keys.

I looted the keys, which gave me 2x Key to the Palace of Lei Shen. Oddly, I could still click on the 3 objects. Clicking on the keys again gave me nothing, but I looted the bombs for Sticky Bombs which then made all the objects disappear.

Maybe a bug, or maybe free keys?

Just completed. Level 108. Got 16,150 xp, 18 gold, and was able to loot 1 Coltelli da Lancio Avvelenati from a small crate nearby.

There is currently a bug where if you rightclick an item and walk away to loot something else, you will receive whatever you left in the mail.

What I've experienced thus far:

Upon turning in the Biglietto delle Segrete: Four items were available to me:
Polvere di Fumo
Stivali Fumanti
Tè di Sboccialesto
Bombe Appiccicose

After I clicked Bombe Appiccicose to see what they did, I walked away to grab Polvere di Fumo
After leaving to Dalaran, I noticed I had mail, checked it, and the Postmaster gave me Bombe Appiccicose

Fifteen minutes later, I obtained a Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo, allowing me another access to the vault:
Items were:
Polvere di Fumo
Stivali Fumanti
Tè di Sboccialesto
Bombe Appiccicose

The same as the first attempt, this time I accessed them all before taking the Stivali Fumanti.
Just like last time, upon exiting to Dalaran, the post master gave me the three other items.

After a fourty five minute pickpocket spree for one last Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo to confirm a secondary theory, I obtained access to the vault items a third time, the results being:

Polvere di Fumo
Stivali Fumanti
Tè di Sboccialesto
Bombe Appiccicose

All four items the same as the previous two instances of looting. It can be safe to assume that the vault items are on a weekly rotation to prevent us from farming coins to get the Cassa Sospetta and Chiave del Tesoro di Lei Shen.

Only farm for a Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo if you wish to immediately enter the vault after the weekly reset to see what you have available or if you're running low on the items you have available to you that week.

So what have I learned from this excursion?

The Postmaster is the single greatest rogue we've never seen.

The keys don't count as an item. It let me loot them plus the boots.

*This may have been hotfixed because the 2nd time I tried, it shut me down after I grabbed the keys. Oh well.

Thanks to the Hotfix yesterday, you can now acquire and turn in one of these per day, instead of once per week. A good thing, since most of the "treasures" are mostly worthless flavour items. However, this does mean that if you are using the "Open and not-loot" exploit, you need to turn in a new ticket to see the new items, instead of getting as many as you want all week long.

Note that if you have multiple Vault Tickets in your inventory, Marin will take all of them but will let you choose only 1 treasure.

I have been able to obtain all lootable items multiple times instead of just one by opening all of them, then logging off then back on. They were in my mailbox.

Got my third ticket today and I still have no objects to loot for the third time...

Am I doing something wrong ?

Marin Noggenfogger picked my ticket again and nothing happens...

theres a tome next to dagg's 'cage' that gives an item that awards 200 artifact power.

I'm not sure about the drop rate from The Vault with Order Hall missions, but I have yet to receive one after a dozen or so missions. I am curious if this might be due to my turning them all (?) in via the WoW Legion Companion app.

Update: On two consecutive days, I received a Vault Ticket on my first mission completed in game. Until it is fixed, I would recommend against using the app until you've gotten your ticket for the day.

It's worth noting that if you're having trouble finding what rewards are available when you turn in your ticket, the Outlaw Rogue's Trova Tesori will show all options on the minimap.

Can you use this stuff in raid and would you (like the sticky bombs)? I ask "would you" because sometimes these types of items stop you autoattack and are less useful than if they do not.

I obtained my vault ticket on Saturday. It gave me a choice to obtain Chiave del Tesoro di Lei Shen
AFTER GETTING THIS I WENT AND PICKPOCKETED FOR Moneta Fortunata di Marin Granstrippo THE COIN LETS YOU PICK ANOTHER ITEM FROM THE VAULT. I THEN PICKED UP THE KEY AGAIN. FOR ALL WHO DO NOT KNOW IF YOU GIVE THE KEY TO Taoshi. You'll be directed to the single player scenario. The scenario has a chance to drop the Subtlety's hidden appearance.
This is a loophole to obtain multiple keys if you do not get the hidden artifact appearance the first time in the scenario.
UPDATE: I got it today! Heres how i did it!
I first got my vault ticket today (need this to get more items)
I then picked up the key to the palace of lei shen.
AFTER THIS I then globlin glided off of dal and into Suramar city and pickpocketed everything.
When i got a coin i turned it in NOTICE: you cannnot have two or more in bags. I then turned it in and got two more keys from one coin. I went and turned into the key and did the scenario. I did this for about 3-4 times. As of right now i still have 4 keys in my bag. I finally got it with opening three chests.

If you do get the vault ticket and the key to palace of lei shen is in the vault. Keep farming more keys. Even if you have the hidden appearance farm Pietra Rituale degli Shan'ze. Hope this helps!(##RESPBREAK##)2##DELIM##Sas148##DELIM##

I turned in a vault ticket and then a coin, it only gives you one item. Don't turn everything in at once, they screw you there too.

I Had the lucky coin of nogginfoggers and i waited until i got a vault ticket to use them together. I turned the quest in to nogginfogger and he said take an item from the vault. One thing was highlighted called vanishing powder and i didn't click it at first because he said i could pick but there was nothing to pick from just vanishing powder that allows me one vanish on broken isle. So i gave him my coin and he said take another item from the vault and i then saw still nothing to choose from so i grabbed the vanishing powder and he said one item per week. Im confused and can't find what the vault is supposed to look like when the tickets turned in anywhere on youtube. With the coin do you loot two items? can you choose an item or is one chosen for you?

The loot from the vault ticket seems to change weekly now as opposed to daily. Don't know when this change was made.

I wish I had looked at the actual page for the Large Plundered Sack before I went with it today. It was nerfed in the BfA prepatch and now only contains 1 copper, though still has the possibility of dropping a mask. I'm reading that Small Coin Chest is the same way, but I can't confirm that one myself.

Like money? I like money. If that's all you want, I recommend these rewards:

1) Grosso Sacco Saccheggiato contains copper BUT ALSO an Berretto del Creatore d'Ombra dei Senza Corona which can be auctioned for between 2k and 10k.
2) Mazzo di Chiavi Luccicante lets you queue for a brief treasure scenario yielding more gold depending on effort (mindless looting got me 200) plus some MoP-related goodies.
3) And if you just want easy money, Tomo Rubato della Storia dell'Artefatto vendors for 25 gold.
