TIP: If you have Specchio Fuoritempo from Timewalking, use it at the Throne of the Elements in Draenor version Nagrand - there is a portal right there, which will get you to Outland Nagrand in no time!

There are a number of Legion Toys and flavour items exclusive to Sciamano that grant spells mimicking old, removed legacy abilities.

These items are available from two vendors:

Elementalista Sharvak, located at in Nagrand (Outland version).
Fabbro delle Fiamme Lanying, located at in Maelstrom, the Sciamano Order Hall.

Totem dell'Oratore dell'Acqua	Grants a visual effect of the Water Shield ability. 5 min cooldown.
Pietra Elementale Furente	Summons a random small Elemental familiar that follows you around. 5 min cooldown.
Rannuvolatore di Girini	Mimics the Rain of Frogs ability, which used to be granted by a Minor glyph. 45 sec cooldown.
Totem del Serpente di Vol'jin	New totem that deals damage to nearby critters. 5 min cooldown.
Tomo del Maleficio: Compy	Teaches Maleficio, which causes this spell to turn your target into a Compy rather than a Frog. This used to granted by Glyph of the Compy, a minor glyph.

Totem dell'Oratore dell'Acqua causes globes of water to encircle you for 1 hour. The toy got a 5 minutes cooldown.
Scudo d'Acqua (Water Shield) is removed in Legion so this toy allows you to keep the effect of it.
It's sold by Elementalista Sharvak in the old Nagrand at the coordinates 60.22 for 50 gold.
The toy requires level 25 and being in the Restoration Sciamano spec.

If you go out of Restoration spec you lose the effect with the toy being left on CD nonetheless.

This is similar to one of the Shaman Class Books added in Legion, but has instead been classified as a Toy. Like Class Books, this item has a similar effect to traditional glyph's. Once added, this ability can be found in your Toy Box.

If you want these toys for your collection and don't have a Sharman. Make use the class trial feature to make one and you can head out to Nagrand to buy them. Note they can only be used by a Shaman. But will still add to your toy count.

The Water Shield ability is making its return in Shadowlands. This renders the toy redundant... at least until the next time Blizzard removes Water Shield.

Now that water shield is back, I thought what about this? Turns out they both apply, so you can have two water orbs circling you.
