This is a Rank 3 Jewelcrafting design to make Pendente con Rubino d'Ombra Incantato. The design is a drop, and has thus far been seen on the loot table of the World Boss Calamir in Azsuna.

Pendente con Rubino d'Ombra Incantato is one of a series of new class-specific amulets created by Jewelcrafting. Each amulet has +1579 Stamina, and 1 Prismatic Gem Socket.
In addition, each one has a specific effect that grants a minor boon. Some are passive (Equip) effects, while others are On-Use effects.

All of the Rank 1 recipes for these amulets are sold by the Jewelcrafting vendor in Dalaran, Jabrul. Rank 2 and 3 recipes will reduce the crafting cost of these items; they are available from various sources.
