Found it first; located in the southwestern hut in the Cleft of Shadow. Can be found in Normal, Heroic, and Mythic. Only Hunters can loot, and in the case of multiple Hunters, only one can get it. However, if you leave the instance and Reset Instances, that will respawn the paint. Hopefully, my pics will be approved :D

This is one of the required items to summon/tame the Mechanical Iron Juggernaut pet. Mechanical pets are a new type of pet that Hunters are able to tame in 7.0. Goblins and Gnomes are the only classes that innately possess the ability to tame Mechanical pets. Other races must gain the ability through Meccamatrice di Stampa, a device crafted by characters with Engineering.

To get your Iron Juggernaut, you must gather the appropriate parts:

Nucleo Energetico di Miccianera - Drops from Ingegnere d'Assedio Miccianera in Normal/Heroic/Mythic Siege of Orgrimmar. Only Hunters are able to pick it up and only 1 drops per kill.
Mucchio di Parti di Mastodonte - Same rules as above with the power core. Drops from Mastodonte di Ferro.

And one of the following:
Secchio di Vernice Grigia - Chamber of the Paragons - 73.23, 81.43 - Behind some crates against the wall of the hallway
Secchio di Vernice Blu - Kor'Kron Barracks - 28.02, 37.58, next to a flaming brazier
Secchio di Vernice Verde Acqua - Artifact Storage - 44.17, 28.67 - Behind large pillar to the right of the ramp exiting where the encounter takes place.
Secchio di Vernice Verde - Cleft of Shadow - 40.77, 76.79 - Inside the hut on the right side near the doorway

Co-ordinates are approximate, but should get you close enough to find them.

As you can see, there are four colors to choose from. This dictates what color your pet will be and are found hidden within the Siege of Orgrimmar raid in various areas. As of 7.0 Pre-Patch, I was unable to collect the paint buckets until I had already collected Nucleo Energetico di Miccianera and Mucchio di Parti di Mastodonte

Once you have collected the requisite parts, you will combine them to make:

Mastodonte Grigio Disattivato (or whatever color you chose above) - This item then allows you to summon the pet. It will be neutral and won't attack until you start taming it and no one else can interact with it. He does not hit hard (I tamed mine without using aspect).

Much smaller than you might expect; I first just glanced through the huts thinking it'd be an obvious item with a glowy outline, but couldn't find it, and even with the directions here I had to search pretty close to find it.

The hut you're looking for has a sign on it in the shape of a red axe which, when moused over, reads 'The Slow Blade'. The paint pot itself is a very small thing just inside the doorway, behind the right-hand (when you're just entering; left if you are inside and facing the door) pillar, impossible to see until you're inside and turn around.
