Since there is still no information about this item on wowhead...it is dropped by Imp Master Valessa in the Temple of Sha'naar zone (you are sent there for a Garrison Support quest).

This item is a pain in the butt!

Imp Insolente, drops from Maestra degli Imp Valessa and can give access to Transmog, Guild Bank or Personal bank, can teleport to your hearthstone location and more.

Maestra degli Imp Valessa is part of Cacciatore della giungla and Inseguitore della giungla achievements. Rare location: 31.5,73.5 at the Temple of Sha'naar subzone. If you can't find the path, here is short video: https://youtu.be/etDmoZ_XQHU (Road starts at ~ 30.6,64.6)

Summoned it in my Garrison, this is how it went down:

1. Use item
2. Fel Imp mob spawns.
3. Said Imp is hostile and tries to eat me
4. Kill said imp
5. Item is on 60m cool down.
6. Nothing else happens at all.

Looks like the Imp was EXTRA sassy today...

EDIT: As of Legion (7.0.X) this item will be a toy

Once summoned, the imp will say something cheeky and offer one of the following services:

-personal bank access || Says: Do you need to be carrying ALL this stuff around?
-guild bank access || Says: Do you need to be carrying ALL this stuff around?
-void storage || Says: Do you need to be carrying ALL this stuff around?
-mail || Says: You should write to your mother. She's worried sick about you.
-transmog || Says: Do you plan going out looking like that?( or something similar)
-heartstone || Doesnt actually say anything
-becomes hostile and attacks || Says: You have no power over me!
-simply walks away and does nothing || Says: You have no power over me!
-teleport to a random location: || Says: If i get you where you want to go, will you agree to leave me alone?
1.Talador:
- above the lake in the center
2.Frostfire Ridge:
- next to Borrok the Devourer
- above the lava lake infront of the Horde garrison
- above Daggermaw ravine
3.Shadowmoon:
- Temple of Karabor
4.Nagrand:
- above Grommashar

- north of Cymre Brightblade, next to the pillar Roardan the Sky Terror lands to take a break

Warning: the imp has a very limited life spawn, around 1-2 minutes at tops.

Used this thing twice today. The first time, it transported me to Shadowmoon Valley for some odd reason. The second time, it gave transmog access.

EDIT: Used it again. He said "You have no power over me!" and didn't do anything.

I was in a small orc building in Tanaan as I summoned the imp. He asked if I wanted him to get me out of there, and out of curiosity I said yes. The next moment I was on a tree in Nagrand and had one hell of a hangover.

I used the Imp Insolente and got teleported right infront of Demidos in Shadowmoon Valley.

So i am suspecting that the Imp can teleport you randomly to the same locations as the Centrifuga del Tunnel Spaziotemporale from Engineering

I just received my second Sassy Imp. I got all excited about the possibility of summoning TWO. But of course they share a cooldown and my disappointment grew even more when I realized there is no sell price. Hopefully Blizzard will add one soon so receiving this item again is worth something.

If you use this guy to teleport and you wind up somewhere in the same zone, you can run back and the Sassy Imp will still be standing there (despawn timer permitting). You can even speak to him and get teleported again (and again), but he will always teleport you to the same location as the first time.

Some of the information that's been given here is inaccurate. You're not guaranteed to stay in the same zone, if you take his teleport options.

Summoned Imp while in Warspear, Ashran. Script: "Want me to get you outta here?" I clicked it, and found myself teleported UP IN A TREE in Nagrand at 52,61! Haha Fun toy!

So, today i was at Emperor Kazzak.... I summonedh im and was looking at my t-mog which he randomly provides the service. While i was about to t-mog my gun...he runs off and attacks a human mange's Water Elemental and dies...da f? lol

Well. After reading all comments, I'll tell something that maybe no one noticed.

Considering that there are at least 17 known "friendly" possibilities and 1 hostile, that means that in almost 95% of cases, while it could give you some minor services like bank or hearthstone, I found that the real utility comes from wisely using it in a combat situation, acting as a temporal pet (or second pet / demon in case you are a hunter or warlock).

In my case I'm an engineer, so bank access and teleports are not a necessity they have to come from that imp. Anyway, it still serves as a little help that never hurts, however small it may seem.

Use it the way you want, or simply throw it away.

I have gotten this thing fon my priest / lock about 10 times each now. Even though I kill the boss every day on my pally I havent had it drop once. Is there a glitch where paladins cannot get this? I dont understand how I can kill this thing upwards of 20 times on my pally and not get it. I'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem with paladin or if its just really bad luck.

I'm curious tho, as I do not have a warlock. When it does become hostile, has any warlock attempted to enslave it if that works? Cause I did see a quest, as in the moment he died. Perhaps he willingly gives something over, to the warlock master/mistress which present themselves? If this is possible?

Was bored and summoned him near some player with a bodyguard. Despite the imp not being hostile to me, that said bodyguard started attacking the imp, killing it with no more than 5 hits.

The random locations he can teleport you to mirror the random locations you can be teleported to via the Centrifuga del Tunnel Spaziotemporale.

The Sassy Imp all ways Obeys my druid but never my Lock.

I can't quite figure out why.
My lock has no power over him what so ever and out of boredom I tried to enslave the imp though it can't be charmed maybe a priest can Mind Control him.

Anyway do Imps fear Druids more then a Warlock or something?

New Toys - Old Items Converting to Toys
I figured it's better now than later to start farming the old items that will be converted to toys in Legion. Who knows if they'll lower drop rates or how heavily they will be camped once they're added to the toybox.
I made myself a Google Sheets document to track all the toys being converted and it has the ability to mark off the item once you've found it. With the filters I can then hide any marked off toys. This has really helped me find and track the long list of items and I wanted to share it with the community. I've heavily cleaned it up for sharing purpose, so feel free to use it as you please!
