FWIW, This is marked as going grey at 235. I got to at least 251 cooking w/ this now; perhaps a recent change.

Given that the robot vendors of Desolace are no longer in the game, this is now an Alliance-only recipe. Horides, better check the neutral AH.

For the people who have a destructed Theramore: Ask Zidormi at the end of the western bridge into Theramore (55.91, 49.54) to revert time so you can buy the recipe from Helenia! :D

Horde Recipe Collectors will thank the new patch 6.0.2 for the merged AH. But they still have to pray or hope that someone will post this item in the AH. Or just ask someone in the Alliance side to post it in the AH.
