In my opinion, this is the best pre-TBC stamina food to grind (discounting Dirge's Kickin' Chimaerok Chops, which generally require a group to collect).

Head over to the Kodo graveyard in Desolace and slaughter away. On my server at least, the whole of Desolace is a low-traffic area so you shouldn't have too much competition. The kodos are in the mid 30s level range and I reckon most level 60s can kill them in 2-3 hits. They respawn quickly and you can just run around in a circle battering everything to death.

In half an hour I had enough pieces of kodo meat to supply a whole raid. It's also slightly cheaper to make than say, Tender Wolf Steak, as a batch requires one Soothing Spices but provides you with two meals.

The spot is great for other purposes also, as there's Grave Moss all over and a short trip to the south, some Gromsblood spawns at Mannoroc Coven.
