All seem to contain the same gear, just different version (item levels) appropriate to the quest and dungeon. This one contains level 630/636 versions.

If you don't need such gear, the only reason to do these Locanda di Calaluna / Taverna di Rocciafredda Livello 1 dailies would be the Cristallo Apexis, Risorse per la Guarnigione, Gold, or Experience. It doesn't strike me as worth the time when leveling up, unless your gear is horrid, or you like to level in dungeons.

Despite the name this item cannot contain a white horse.

I think once u are past item lvl 630 u get money or apexis crystal

I just got one that contained nothing; my item level is 690, if that's a factor. Would have been better off vendoring it unopened for 7.5 silver.
