I spammed this whenever I was in town for about a week and a half... finally got someone who responded and sold it for 10g. Seems like it would be a decent tank weapon or perhaps a weapon for an Elemental Shammy if the proc is decent. When the proc hits... start running away... throw frost shock when the 5 sec from this wears off and you have some good kiting going on.

Not crazy about the 2.1 speed. A little slow to be an offhand and a bit fast for a mainhand.

Finally got video of this thing dropping in Sunken Temple. I must have done about 800 runs before I seen this drop for the first time. I wasn't paying attention so I didn't see it drop until I was sorting through my bags later--luckily I was streaming.

Dropped on 2019-06-09 4:40am CST, Alliance, US-Wrymrest Accord and it dropped from one of the 4 dragonkin you see on the ground.
