Quick Tips

Tanks should stand next to each other to ensure Falciata Terribile doesn't hit a non-tank player.

Players with Miasma Maleodorante will need focused healing when it expires and transforms into Parossismo Putrido.

Stand near the boss when he is near full energy as to easily side step out of the Rigurgito Marcescente breath.

Do not stand in the trash flow coming from the Waste Disposal Units!

Quickly nuke down the pair of Corpuscolo della Corruziones within 20 seconds of them spawning from the Waste Disposal Units.

Drag Divoratore Fetido next to a Corpuscolo della Corruzione so that DPS can cleave onto the boss.

Attempt to align cooldowns when the boss reaches 50% health, as he will deal extra damage and take extra damage via Frenesia Fetida!

Kill the boss before the 6 minute enrage timer.

After every fourth melee attack the boss will cast Falciata Terribile on the target closest to the current tank, a hit which deals physical damage equal to 300% of a standard melee attack.

The tanks should stack on top of each other to ensure that only the tanks are hit by this.

The off-tank should use active mitigation for each time the Falciata Terribile comes in, whilst the main tank pools their active mitigation.

As soon as the off-tank runs out of defensive spells for the Falciata Terribile, the tanks should swap roles as the main tank will have active mitigation available.

The Falciata Terribile cast cannot be dodged, however it can be immuned via Benedizione della Protezione, Scudo Divino etc.

Some tank classes are best suited to holding the boss full time, or being an off-tank full time. In these situations, the tanks can stay with the same job throughout the fight.

Miasma MaleodoranteMiasma Maleodorante

This debuff deals light nature damage every 2 seconds over 18 seconds.

The debuff will apply Parossismo Putrido when it expires, a new debuff which deals heavy nature damage every 2 seconds for 6 seconds.

Healers must keep Miasma Maleodorante players topped up until heavy spot healing is required when it expires and turns into Parossismo Putrido.

Parossismo PutridoMiasma MaleodoranteParossismo Putrido

This deals significant damage and the player will need a large amount of healing to survive.

Miasma Maleodorante will not be applied directly to a player with Parossismo Putrido, instead this will only occur if the player is hit by the Waste Disposal dump or Rigurgito Marcescente, both of which are avoidable sources of damage.

Corpuscolo della Corruzione

Players need to avoid standing in these areas as anyone caught in the stream of trash will be pushed back and receive a stack of Miasma Maleodorante.

Corpuscolo della CorruzioneEssenza AttraenteCorpuscolo della Corruzione

If the cast finishes, the Corpuscolo della Corruzione will start healing for 1% every 2 seconds.

Upon completion, Divoratore Fetido will rush directly to the Corpuscolo della Corruzione and begin to cast Consumo Corruzione.

If the add is not dead by the end of the Consumo Corruzione cast, the boss will heal for 10% max hp and will gain 20 energy.

Corpuscolo della CorruzioneConsumo Corruzione

The raid may wish to split the DPS into two teams to ensure that each add dies before they are consumed.

We recommend that each Waste Disposal area is marked with a raid marker, to allow each half of the DPS to be quickly assigned an add to focus down.

The tanks may wish to drag the boss next to one of the Corpuscolo della Corruziones, allowing DPS to cleave off of the add and onto the boss.

The boss will not cast Consumo Corruzione on an add unless it’s Essenza Attraente cast finishes.

After the add has died, the boss should be re-positioned to the middle of the encounter area in preparation to move over to the next add when it spawns.

Corpuscolo della CorruzioneEssenza Attraente

This will allow the boss to Consumo Corruzione on one of the adds. However, if the boss is tanked next to the Corpuscolo della Corruzione being focused by the group, the damage the boss will take is larger than the amount he will heal via the Consumo Corruzione cast.

Rigurgito Marcescente

The closer you are to the boss, the easier it is to move from the Rigurgito Marcescente!

Rigurgito Marcescente

After a 6.5 second uninterruptible cast, Divoratore Fetido will unleash a huge frontal breath in the direction of the target, dealing a large burst of nature damage, knocking back and applying Miasma Maleodorante to anyone hit.

The boss will not rotate to match the movement of the targeted player, allowing the entire raid to side-step the ability.

All raid members, especially those with poor movement options, should remain close to the boss as he begins to reach 100% energy as to make this side-step manoeuvre more easily achievable.

Frenesia FetidaFrenesia Fetida

Tanks and healers need to be prepared to deal with the increased incoming damage, by saving their more impactful cooldowns.

DPS should attempt to align their cooldowns for when this 50% damage taken increase begins as to do the most damage possible.

The group may wish to save bloodlust for this period, or for when the boss enters execute range, as to help counteract the increased incoming damage and to make the most of the increased damage the boss is taking.

Players can use a wall within the room to significantly reduce the distance of the knock back. However, players need to ensure they are not knocked into a Waste Disposal area when a dump is due to come in, as they may receive a stack of Miasma Maleodorante as the trash floods that area.

The tanks need to ensure they they remain close to one another as they move back towards the boss, as otherwise a Falciata Terribile may hit a nearby, unsuspecting melee DPS.

Corpuscolo della CorruzioneEssenza Attraente

This makes it much more difficult to finish off a Corpuscolo della Corruzione if it finishes casting Essenza Attraente and raids may wish to single target one Corpuscolo della Corruzione at a time to prevent one add from healing.

On live on HC the Corpuscles heal for 5% hp every 2 sec. We've had to focus only one and ignore the other and just burst the boss down even with the heal from one Corpuscle.
