Best Fury Warrior Raid Talent BuildsMorte ImprovvisaDisfatta ImminenteTempesta di Lame

Raging Blow has newfound priority, benefitting from Taglia e Affetta and Eruzione d'Adrenalina, pushing Bloodthirst to filler.

Speccing into further multitarget capability is as simple as switching Rigenerazione Furente or Massacro for Turbine Migliorato, allowing all other rotational abilities to be cleaved. This may not always be necessary for shorter-lived targets, since Furia di Odyn, Tempesta di Lame, and Morte Improvvisa triggering Mietitempesta already bring quite a lot of natural cleave.

Stivaletti Veloci, Interposizione, and Bendaggio da Campo are all easy swaps for any other desired talent.

Dardo della Tempesta used during Bladestorm and Lancio Demolitore are both extremely minor damage gains, which can be safely swapped for Senza Paura or any other talent as needed.

Pros: Burstier cooldowns, extra mobility, easily swaps between single and multitarget capabilities.

Cons: Very flat single target damage profile, which does not capitalize on damage phases.

Boato del Tuono now deals much more damage than Schianto del Tuono, though this also makes performance more dependent on activation procs.

Speccing into basic multi-target capability is as simple as switching Rigenerazione Furente or Massacro for Turbine Migliorato, allowing all other rotational abilities to be cleaved.

Stivaletti Veloci and Bendaggio da Campo are the most viable swaps, with Interposizione being a good choice for extra mobility. Lancio Demolitore is also an extremely minor damage gain that can be safely swapped for Senza Paura as needed.

Maestria nella Postura is an extremely powerful defensive bonus, as long as Postura da Difesa is used regularly, though its offensive bonus is quite small. Swap in single target, or in multi.

Pros: Stronger sustained multitarget, better defensive bonuses, and a great audio/visual theme.

Cons: Weaker single target damage and less bursty AoE for short-lived groups of targets.

Best Fury Warrior Mythic+ Talent Builds

Thane automatically cleaves the single target rotation through very frequent use of Schianto del Tuono. Boato del Tuono now deals much more damage than Clap, though this also makes performance more dependent on activation procs.

Rovina Sfrenata no longer has a damage reduction, but only hits targets around the primary, making it a multitarget-only damage increase.

Passo Deciso is the only viable swap, though the extra speed and mobility comes in very handy. Tuono Crepitante does not technically increase damage, though the additional range makes it much more likely to hit extra targets.

Maestria nella Postura is an extremely powerful defensive bonus, as long as Postura da Difesa is used regularly, though its offensive bonus is quite small. is the best swap, though it also necessitates switching Scaglialance for Voce Risonante to affect proper pathing.

Pros: Very competitive sustained multitarget damage, greater survivability.

Cons: Chaotic rotation during cooldowns, less single-target/boss damage.

Morte ImprovvisaDisfatta ImminenteTempesta di Lame

Carnefice is now a buff on the player instead of the target and is no longer consumed by using Execute, so it does not need to be explicitly tracked and targets can be swapped freely without fear of losing value.

Rovina Sfrenata no longer has a damage reduction, but only hits targets around the primary, making it a multitarget-only damage increase.

Passo Deciso and Bendaggio da Campo are the most viable swaps, though both are good talents in their own right. Lancio Demolitore may be swapped for Senza Paura as needed.

Maestria nella Postura is an extremely powerful defensive bonus, as long as Postura da Difesa is used regularly, though its offensive bonus is quite small. is the best swap when the increased survivability is warranted.

Pros: Slightly stronger boss damage.

Cons: Weaker sustained multitarget damage.

Best Fury Warrior Delve Talent Builds

Rovina Sfrenata no longer has a damage reduction, but only hits targets around the primary, making it a multitarget-only damage increase.

Pros: Very competitive sustained multitarget damage, greater survivability.

Cons: Chaotic rotation during cooldowns, less single-target/boss damage.

Rovina Sfrenata no longer has a damage reduction, but only hits targets around the primary, making it a multitarget-only damage increase.

Passo Deciso and Bendaggio da Campo are the most viable swaps, though both are good talents in their own right. Lancio Demolitore may be swapped for Senza Paura as needed, though the ranged silence may also prove helpful.

Pros: Slightly stronger boss damage.

Cons: Weaker sustained multitarget damage.

Thanks for adding the sim to the tier talents, it really helps see how close each talent is, tier 3 is so close you could pick what you like, but tier 5 want to stick with what's recommended.

Commento di Mornosh

As of 9.0.1, the Fury Warrior Talents page needs more editing... it frequently still refers to the old leveling ranges (>60), and the simulation values for each row are obviously incorrect after the squish.

Commento di DeuZWw

So. simming as a Necrolord, Cruelty and Reckless Abandon is simming my char much higher. than Frothing berserker/Anger Management.

Still underperforming tho.

Also mastery value is equal to crit, i believe because of Dragon Roar crits.
Maybe its my equips overall.

Thank you very much for writing this guide, Archimtiros.

I highly, highly recommend adding a 4th build called "Soloing Elites" or a similar name of your choosing, because while the "Questing" or "Torghast" builds work fairly well for most other classes in soloing elites, this is far from the case when it comes to Fury Warriors.

And my recommendation comes from a personal experience of suffering and frustration, and even coming close to ditching the Warrior class! As a returning player, especially when it comes to the Warrior class, I naturally follow guides like this to ease myself into the process of leveling and gearing up a class. So, I've been using the recommended "Questing" build the whole time on my Fury Warrior, and I suffered for it a lot in The Maw and Korthia when my Warrior was slightly undergeared. And I'm humble and pragmatic enough to realize that I shouldn't be experimenting with builds when people who know better and have more experience have shared their experience in the form of guides and recommendations. So, I really, really needed a Fury Warrior guide to tell me that I shouldn't be using the same Questing build when trying to solo elites or quest in challenging areas when undergeared, then recommend a different build for soloing elites or questing when undergeared.

Fury's "Soloing Elites" build is quite different from its Questing build:

Sudden Death
Impending Victory
Massacre/Frenzy (covenant-dependent, Venthyr -> Massacre, Others -> Frenzy)
Warpaint
Cruelty
Dragon Roar/Bladestorm (Bladestorm can provide immunity to CCs if that's an issue)
Anger Management

PvP talents: Battle Trance, Enduring Rage, Master and Commander.

It's a sort of hybrid build that takes many Dungeon talents, and Impending Victory is pretty much mandatory for certain elites or when undergeared.

Reckless Abandon Talent has caused my Fury Warrior to Charge without me hitting the charge ability on my action bar! This has caused my death in several fights on a consistent basis in Sanctum of Domination Normal and Heroic. I was informed of this problem by another Fury Warrior in the RAID who did mostly Mythic + Dungeons. I thanked him for the information and promptly switched to Anger Management Talent

Commento di Lautner

Would you consider putting up Single-Minded Fury versions of these specs? Even if allocating one or two talents for smf isn't optimal, some of us prefer one handed weapons. Like, if it's a 7% dps loss, I don't care. Most player skillgaps are between 10-50% anyways, so not having the most optimal of optimal builds doesn't bother me. I would just prefer having the 'best' version of what I would like to play, even if that is less damage than the thing I don't want to play (TG)

Commento di Noctus78

There appears to be a small error when importing the Titanic rage build. It misses a point in Sidearm causing the last three rows not be be filled.

The build can be imported with:

Commento di Militant

You can't spend that many points on both sides of the trees. This is wrong, please update

Commento di Synth70

I'm confused why I only have 27 Warlock points and 24 Demonology points at level 60. Do we not get all the points at once when you hit level 60?
Would like to know as currently it puts me off playing as I feel I'm talentless :-)

Commento di DeftonicD

Intervene is the most useless talent on the tree. You're better off taking second wind.

Commento di Mrbionix

needs changed build is definitally off
you are getting rid of major passive mits for m+

Commento di sunadin

As a fresh 70 with no tier, which build would you recommend running until I eventually get the sets?

Commento di Kalec01

I am hardcore not convinced by Anger Managment. Empowered Raging Blow (whatever new name it has) is just so powerfull, and you just spam that thing. It's basically always up. It's so good I'm not even sure what to do with execute except as a filler rage generator.

Commento di Aarrok

Would anyone be willing to write up a SMF build? After playing classic SoD, just really like the play style and feel of dual wielding 1h weapons again. I know it isn't the optimum spec/build, but it is a very fun play style.

Commento di Salerias

In the explanation of the Slayer M+ tree you write that Bladestorm on itself is powerful but the extra Bloodthirst's of Vigore del Campione can also cleave.
I guess you wanted to write the extra Bloodthirst's of Squilibrato can also cleave? Feels like you linked the wrong talent in that part.

Commento di KoQing

Now that the bloodthirst generated by the last layer of the Berserker talent tree, "Unhinged", cannot be replicated by Whirlwind, how much will it affect the talent tree in this article?

Commento di oloklo

"Slayer (stronger single target), Mountain Thane (weaker single target)" kjjjjjjj

Commento di Eighjan

What happened to the diagrams that showed which two specc.'s combined to get the Hero descriptions...? IIRC, at the launch Event, they showed a triangle with each sides showing the title of the "Hero combo".

Which of these has the Arms leaning & which is Prot. ...?

Commento di jdhorner

With the recent hot-fixes from the maintenance on 8 October 2024, and some after, have these builds changed at all?

Commento di Butterbeer

Where's fury warrior pvp build?

Commento di RomeoX

For the MT Raid, is that more of a Cleave build or an AoE one?

Commento di WX913231

Roar pointless for slayer ST just a filler at this point

Commento di Dreggrod

Why tell us to use Slayer (which is based around Bladestorm) & then select Avatar as the final Fury Skill instead of Bladestorm.....which is required for Slayer?

Commento di Trembelwick

Best Fury Warrior Raid Talent Builds - Bladestorm becomes a powerful single-target cooldown that should be used on cooldown, unless saving for adds.

But doesn't have Bladestorm in the import, you have Avatar instead

Commento di mbeni

you recommend avatar in talent tree and weite bladestorm in rotation. i dont have bs if is choose avatar or it is just me?

Commento di Blaze888

There's a mistake in the single target build? (2st build) , you've not selected bladestorm in the talents, so the hero talents don't work?

Commento di Monty1314

the recommended Slayer build states that Bladestorm should be used on CD, but in the talent tree, Avatar is chosen instead of Bladestorm. small error, but thought i might point it out.

Commento di Jace193

Am I missing something important with Talents and rotation in this guide? why does it say for Slayer to not take Bladestorm but it looks like Slayer needs bladestorm to see it's full power?

Commento di Rossweisse

No pvp:(

Commento di Kuzioslaw

What do I don't understand. In single target raid tree slayer have Avatar node with Culling cyclone? Am I blind?

Commento di Ignoramus

Error Note 11-FEB: Slayer talents require Bladestorm and Avatar is selected in the talents window.

Commento di Sevro

Mythic+ Dungeons, and Delves/Open World Under Mountain Thane are the same code. Is that correct?

Commento di Vorken

Dungeon build doesn't even have a defensive (Enraged regeneration) taken? Are you serious? I know people doing this "guides" are mostly raiders and 0.001% simmers, but having the dungeon build without a defensive is literally trolling.

That 1% extra DPS you get from not placing a point into a defensive will mean nothing if you die, dead DPS does no DPS.

Commento di WetMoose

In 12.1 what are we taking off in both ST and multi to grab enraged regen?
