Kleia's final row provides some choice and difference to what option is the best. You will choose the Potency Conduit and get Caccia al Portatore or an Endurance Conduit and get Coraggio Acuto. Which one you'll choose will depend on what you'd use in that Potency Conduit slot and whether it will outweigh the Critical Strike increase from Coraggio Acuto.

Forgelite Prime Mikanikos's final slot is what has made him the most desirable for DPS in 9.1.
