How come the Invoker's Delight is second in the crafting order but later recommended to be crafted last?

I can see one benefit with Fatal Touch. For Torghast farming. If you f.ex get the power to decrease the cd by 36 secs, then it will be on a 30 sec. (Not 100% sure if it gets lower than 30 secs) There is also another power that makes you kill every mob with Touch of Death that are within a certain range and ofc, they got to be lower health than you. Would prob be amazing in there on trash packs at least to clear the whole thing faster. I had the cd to 1 minute one time in there, with the powers only. Ofc, not the first legendary I would make, but it has its uses imho.

hi there. great guide first of all; contains all the essential info.

there is one thing tho that i would like to point out that i believe is crucial for readers when making the decision of whether or not to adopt a playstyle change for the ancient teachings of the monastery legendary; the single target healing that procs while using the appropriate damaging abilities is actually seemingly random. in other words, the healing is not very smart and can (and probably will) make overhealing mistakes.now, i am still unaware of how random it actually is (ie whether there might be an algorithm it actually follows or not). what i can tell you though is that it is most definitely not a completely smart healing algorithm like some other healing mechanics in the game.

in all fairness to the author of the guide, i am unaware as to whether this was considered at the time of writing the guide/comparing the legendary healing throughput. i am also unaware of how the former "fistweaving" monk worked as i am fairly new to the game. though i do think mention of this should be made somewhere in my humble opinion. for me personally, it kinda reduces the effectiveness of this legendary in any meaningful raid setting but thats probably purposeful on blizzards part for the sake of "balancing."

disclaimer: i havent really extensively tested this so i cant confirm any specifics apart from the whole "uve got 2 targets one at 99% and another at 25%: lets seemingly coinflip the heal" situation which is clearly noticeable even in smaller scale content like dungeons. so any arguments for or against this are encouraged.

tldr single target burst with the ancient teachings of the monastery legendary is not smart and probably not as reliable as one might be lead to believe.

Im putting all my hopes on to a crazy full mastery build with crazy revivals and Call to arms insane burst healing.. otherwise i dont think that the dmg buff combined with the awkward AToM will be enough for MW to sake the meta a little....
