Solvente Instabile empowers your Forgiatura della Carne by granting an additional buff based on the type of corpse you used it near. 342 Mastery for humanoids, 2% primary stats for beasts, 5% stamina for demons, and a 5% heal for undead.

Attacco Preventivo di Piaghetto is not terrible, but in most situations is worse than skipping Marileth's first Potency slot. It's a strong trait in Mythic+, but not as good as simply using Emeni as your Soulbind instead.

Masticatori Digrignati is alright, but not very usable in raids and means passing up a Potency slot. Generally, you should skip it.

Impantanamento and Cucitura Resiliente are both pretty strong utility/defensive traits - the choice is yours.

Eruzione Pustola can deal high damage but has a short range; it's okay if you're in melee range to AoE but will rarely deal significant damage in a normal raid fight. It also relies on channelling Forgiatura della Carne to activate.

Fantasticherie della Forgia allows you to keep fighting for 10 seconds after death, although you deal 50% less damage. More of a tank trait than anything, but it's required to move further down the tree. Also increases your Intellect by up to 3% if your gear has three or more enchantments, which is strong.

Arsenale di Heirmir: Gemma Midollare grants a crit buff after 10 critical strikes. This is excellent and worth sacrificing the second Potency slot to pick up.

Occhio dell'Incisore is great in M+/AoE content; although it's not as good in raids, there are plenty of fights with adds you can hit to active the Mastery proc.

Equipaggiamento Mnemonico effectively makes you deal 3% more damage in the execute phase - very strong for most raid fights.

As a necro-arcane mage I must say that even if Im not the top dps, I enjoy being a necro. :P

Wow....very depressing "Necrolord legendary; it's semi-okay but suffers from the same problem". Would be better off just saying : Don't do this, change covenants, take these talents, get this legendary, problem solved.
