This is the absolute best accessible trinket even before accounting for the cooldown reduction caused by deaths. If you really want to maximise this trinket dare your raid members to see what mechanics they can survive without defensive cooldowns!

Something is whack because this trinket randomly seems to do valid single target damage, it also does pretty good AOE damage so I guess we're pretty happy with that. This is the 2nd best option available and the combination of Fiocaluce Frenetica and this is the best option
