Why does Versa + Mastery come on the Legi and not Haste + Mastery?

Balance of All Things increases the critical chance of Arcane and Nature spells, but Starsurge is doing Astral damage, so why is it worth to spam Starsurge after entering Eclipse and BoAT? Or Astral dmg is considered both Arcane and Nature?

If Mastery and Haste are our best secondary stats I don't know why you recommend different stat combinations for legendaries

The suggestion of versatility on the legs might be more inclined for early progression. And high keys, where survivability is actually a good stat.

This is useful, although I think it would be helpful to list where these drop from within the guide. I already got Primordial Arcanic Pulsar from the Wrath of the Jailer event in the Maw - do we know if Skoldus Hall is going to be open next week in Torghast to make getting BOAT possible before raid/M+ starts?

boat just got nerfed in a recent hotfix to 40% crit decreasing 8% per second ... tho i'm guessing it's still best by a good margin
