Trolling or not, he does have a point. Nuances of spoken language, such as inflection, do not carry over to typed messages. It comes up numerous times when someone says something sarcastically, and only the regular forumites can infer the sarcasm because they know it's different that the poster's serious response style.
TL;DR - Type what you mean...and take your Ritalin.

Edit: I seem to remember reading a Blue Post that said they would push the release date to 2011

No one knows when the game is ready to be released yet, not even Blizzard themselves, and I think most people could agree on that pretty quickly. The thread went downhill after/during that.
