Sorry that I'm not directly answering your question here, but...
I'm getting kinda tired of this ArP talk. ArP is not a "wonder" stat to stack that brings your dps over the roof. Marksmanship is
not
ArP dependent at all. MM is not about ArP, but it suits ArP gear better because it involves more physical damage than Survival which revovles around explosive fire damage. I think a lot of people have been checking out characters like Calebv and figured that's the way to go. Wrong. Calebv is in a finely tuned guild where every minor number counts, and I believe you aren't.
Because ArP only benefits physical damage, it will buff your Auto Shot and Aimed Shot by a lot but will render Arcane Shot a useless mana-burner. As an ArP hunter, you will get the most damage out of Auto Shot. Auto Shot is only used while standing still, so your instant spells you use while moving is nerfed. Unless you manage to stand still but at the same time avoid "stand in fire" damage, ArP will boost your DPS by just a minor number.
ArP was nerfed in Patch 3.2 and is depreciated by Blizzard (they are going to remove it completly in Cataclysm). Before the nerf it may have been a good boost, but now we're just talking about really small numbers.
My hunter (which you find in my forum signature) is Agility gemmed with Marksmanship. I play in a world class guild but still I do compareable DPS to the rest of the guild, without an ArP setup. I looked up your character at the armory, and I found your gear ready for an MM build. You have an ArP proc trinket, so feel free to try an ArP build, though I'd recommend you to keep gemming agility. I believe you will benefit from MM regardless of going with an ArP setup.

Setters
Think about it, Grim Toll when active gives 43% ArP, so you yourself should aim for 57% ArP passive. I'm currently using Mjolnir Runestone though, and I have a passive 53% ArP, so it fits quite nicely when the trinket procs.
But it's not necessary to go ArP on MM, that's a misconception many seem to believe.
Also, just read what the above said.

Exactly, to further simplify:
Boss bas base 5000 armor, sunder drops it to 3750
Your ArP is 50% so before sunder, you attack as if boss has 2500, after sunder, you attack as if boss has 1875.
No matter what the boss' armor is, you'll only penetrate 50% of it.
