Thrill Seeker gives a stacking in-combat buff. At 40 stacks, the stacks are consumed to increase Haste by 20% for 10 sec.

Agent of Chaos can be useful as an AoE soft interrupt in M+ and PvP.

Dauntless Duelist causes you to deal more damage to and take less damage from the first target you damage in combat, though its use is dependent on fight design (i.e. you have to be able to hit the main boss first). You also have to sacrifice a Potency Conduit to unlock it.

Fatal Flaw is her final trait, which gives an additional stat buff after Thrill Seeker fades.

Sinful Preservation is a very strong absorb effect when using healing items.

Service In Stone is a flat 10% damage reduction under 40% health. The second part of the ability, dealing damage and healing allies, is cool but has the rather major downside of requiring you to die.

Superior Tactics grants a crit buff on a successful interrupt. It's strong if you can interrupt on cooldown, but as that's a very uncommon situation, especially in raids, we can safely skip this ability.

Built for War grants additional Intellect, assuming you stay above the health threshold. Strong, but relies on your healers and requires sacrificing a Potency slot.

Battlefield Presence is a flat damage increase but requires being near enemies.

Party Favors Once per day you can speak with Theotar in Sinfall to obtain The Mad Duke's Tea, which allows us to get a nice buff that only lasts for one hour.

This is wrong, the buff is active for 4 hours and you can reroll it every hour if you are looking for a different buff effect.
