Rotary Body Armor - Is a large white shield that is brought up on one side of this boss. This deflects all damage done to the boss if you are attacking the boss on the same side the shield is. As a healer you will need to be constantly moving yourself to an empty side to continue to damage the boss.

Armed Security - is another important ability to pay attention to and will demand you to stay moving. This ability throws a whirling pair of swords on the ground in a large white circle. You will need to be sure you are not standing in or touching these spinning blades as they will do high damage to you.

Grip of Hunger - This mechanic pulls everyone to the boss immediately and after a brief delay, does a large amount of damage to anyone still in the circle around the boss. You'll need to swiftly move out of the danger zone and then move back to the boss after it is over.

Grand Consumption This spell causes overlapping blue circles to cover the area that detonates after a few minutes. You'll need to take extra care to pay attention which circle is closer to detonating to stay safe. You can tell which is about to detonate by the large blue orb that descends from the ceiling.

Gluttonous Feast This ability randomly targets a player and puts a dark blue circle around them. This circle will damage anyone near so if you're targeted, be mindful of standing next to your tank or any other melee DPS you may be grouped up with. At the end of this debuff, it will jump to the nearest player. This effect also interacts with the next boss. If you receive this as a healer make sure you are passing it back to a DPS and in the future avoiding standing near players with this debuff.

Achillite

Purification Protocol - This spell randomly puts a very large circle around two players. After a brief delay the circle explodes, dealing damage to any player in the circle unless it is dispelled. Prioritize dispelling melee players so they don't have to run out.

Flagellation Protocol This will cause the boss to be shielded and cast an interruptible channel that deals a massive amount of damage to your tank. If you have something like Dispel Magic or Purge you can immediately remove the shield to interrupt the channel. Otherwise, you'll need to damage it down.

Venting Protocol This ability knocks all nearby players away and the boss starts to vent large anima orbs in all directions. If you get hit by an orb you will take a large amount of damage and get a stacking damage down debuff. However, if you have Gluttonous Feast active on you, you can walk through the orbs to consume them and gain a stacking damage buff but ideally as a healer you should leave it to the DPS to grab them. Use any sort of mobility tool you have to gather up as many orbs as you can whenever you have Gluttonous Feast to make the fight easier and increase your own damage. The boss continues to use this body after it dies and will emanate the orbs from its corpse whenever the group defeats it at.

Venza Goldfuse

Whirling Annihilation - She begins to pull everyone in the room closer to her and, if you get within 6 yards, you will receive a tremendous amount of damage. This is very obnoxious if you need to be in/near melee range as you'll need to begin running away very fast as soon as she uses this ability. This can be exceptionally difficult to deal with as Venting Protocol continues for the remainder of the encounter.

Chains of Damnation This spell is much less annoying as you can simply target it yourself and damage it down to help your allies break you out of it, if you happened to be targeted by the chains. Freedom/Tiger's Lust can remove these chains and should be used on ranged players while melee chains targets can be cleaved down.

Suppression Spark-Will cause each player to have a small white ring around them that will detonate for damage. Be sure you aren't near any other players as this detonates!

Crowd Control-This will summon a small shield in front of the boss. If you're attacking the shield, all the damage you do will be reduced to 0 and, after 5 seconds, the boss will smash the ground in front of the shield dealing immense damage. Simply make sure you are behind the boss to avoid this mechanic entirely.

As a healer you will often be operating the drums. When the boss is drawing players in is an ideal time to hop back onto the drums, complete a couple waves to refresh your buff, then hop off to continue dealing damage.

Double Technique This mechanic itself requires two back to back interrupts so be sure to coordinate with your group to ensure it's properly stopped.

Shuri This is the bread and butter of the encounter and you'll need to properly focus on the location of the teleporters to avoid this fatal mechanic. Use your mobility tools to ensure you get to where you need to go and fast. Oftentimes its best to not overthink this and just run through all the teleporters in the later phases just to guarantee that you will dodge this mechanic. Getting split from your tank or dps when they get hit can easily destroy your group. If everyone is running together and focused it will be a big time save rather than risking death by everyone doing their own thing.
