Skolex, the Insatiable Ravener Encounter Overview in Patch 9.2

Overview: Skolex ravages players with its vicious jaws and volatile energies. The great worm's thrashings apply increasing applications of [Ephemera Dust].
If Skolex detects a single clump of players, it will burrow to that location with [Ravening Burrow], devour all [Ephemera Dust], and gain an application of [Insatiable].

Damage Dealers:
Skolex attacks with [Ravening Burrow] if it detects a single clump of players, devouring their [Ephemera Dust].
[Retch] inflicts heavy damage and applies [Warp Sickness] to players caught in its area of effect.
[Dust Blast] inflicts damage to players furthest from Skolex's location.
Healers:
Skolex attacks with [Ravening Burrow] if it detects a single clump of players, devouring their [Ephemera Dust].
Skolex inflicts intense damage to players struck by [Ravening Burrow].
[Dust Blast] inflicts damage to players furthest from Skolex's location.
Tanks:
Skolex attacks with [Ravening Burrow] if it detects a single clump of players, devouring their [Ephemera Dust].
Skolex's melee attacks two targets at once with [Wormhole Jaws].
At 100 energy, Skolex will cast [Riftmaw] and [Rend] in quick succession.

Ravening Burrow: Skolex burrows and attacks if it detects all players in a single clump, inflciting 33724 Physical damage to all players within 10 yards, knocking them back, and consuming their applications of Ephemera Dust. []

Each time Skolex burrows it leaves behind Collapsing Emptiness at its previous location and gains a stack of Insatiable.]

Insatiable: Skolex devours Ephemera Dust, mutating painfully and increasing its damage done by 5%. This effect stacks.
Collapsing Emptiness: Skolex leaves behind a collapsing rift that inflicts 299767 Shadow damage to all targets within 15 yards.
On Mythic difficulty, Collapsing Emptiness will leave behind a pool of Volatile Residue.

Volatile Residue: Inflicts 11241 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. to players who stand within it. (Mythic)

Dust Wave: If no players are present at the location where Skolex emerges, the shockwave of dust inflicts 59954 Cosmic damage, and applies 10 stacks of Ephemera Dust to all players.

Dust Flail: Skolex thrashes in the sand, inflicting 18736 Physical damage to all players and applying Ephemera Dust.

Ephemera Dust: Inflicts 1237 Cosmic damage every 1.5 sec. for 5 min. This effect stacks.

Devouring Blood: Skolex flings blood from its wounds, inflicting 26234 Shadow damage to players within 3.75 yards of the impact locations. The ichor inflicts 6737 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. and reduces Haste by 33% for 18 sec.[This effect stacks.] (Raid Finder, Heroic, Normal)
Devouring Blood: Skolex flings blood from its wounds, inflicting 26234 Shadow damage to players within 3.75 yards of the impact locations. The ichor inflicts 6737 Shadow damage every 1.5 sec. and reduces Haste by 33% for 18 sec.[This effect stacks.]
On Mythic difficulty, Devouring Blood cannot be dispelled and will leave behind a pool of Volatile Residue if it hits a player.
