Halondrus the Reclaimer Encounter Overview in Patch 9.2

Overview: Halondrus creates [Seismic Tremors] that release motes of ephemera. If any motes reach Halondrus, an [Ephemeral Eruption] occurs. At 100 energy Halondrus casts [Reclaim] and pulls in motes with increasing force.
Upon reaching 84% and 50% health remaining Halondrus descends further into the Shimmering Cliffs to discover a new location brimming with ephemera.

Tanks:
An [Ephemeral Eruption] occurs if an Ephemeral Mote reaches Halondrus.

Halondrus' [Lightshatter Beam] inflicts massive Cosmic damage and shatters [Fractal Shell].
Healers:
An [Ephemeral Eruption] occurs if an Ephemeral Mote reaches Halondrus.
Halondrus inflicts damage to all enemies with [Earthbreaker Missiles].
Halondrus will inflict heavy damage to the raid with [Quaking Steps] while it moves to its new location during [Relocation Form].
Players afflicted by [Crushing Prism] will leave behind a [Shattered Prism] when dispelled.
Damage Dealers:
An [Ephemeral Eruption] occurs if an Ephemeral Mote reaches Halondrus.
Halondrus inflicts damage to all enemies with [Earthbreaker Missiles].
Halondrus inflicts increasingly deadly damage to the raid while casting [Reclaim].
Players afflicted by [Crushing Prism] will leave behind a [Shattered Prism] when dispelled.

Earthbreaker Charges: Halondrus creates volatile charges that trigger an Earthbreaker Detonation after 10 sec or upon coming into contact with an Ephemeral Mote.
Picking up or dropping the charge resets the timer, inflicts 10 Cosmic damage to the player and leaves behind Charge Exposure. Inflicts 2 Cosmic damage every 5.2 sec while the device is held. (Mythic)

Charge Exposure: Recent exposure to charge increases damage taken by Earthbreaker Charge by 300%.
Earthbreaker Detonation: The Earthbreaker Charge erupts, inflicting 599543 Cosmic damage to all players.

Reclaim: Halondrus activates a shield that absorbs 3% of its maximum health.
While the shield holds, Halondrus inflicts 2998 Cosmic damage every 1 sec and pulls players and ephemera toward its location. This effect grows in intensity over time.
Seismic Tremors: Halondrus creates tremors that inflict 60 Physical damage to players within 6 yards.
An Ephemeral Fissure is opened at each tremor's terminus.

Ephemeral Fissure: Inflicts 18736 Cosmic damage every 1 sec to players within the cloud of ephemera.

Fractal Shell: A shield of light protects the mote from players' touch. (Heroic)

Aftershock: The impact area reverberates after 3 sec, inflicting 44966 Physical damage to players within 8.5 yds.

Crushing Prism: Halondrus encases several players in prisms of light that inflict 1 Cosmic damage every 1 sec and reduce movement speed by 2%. This effect grows in intensity for 16 sec.

Shattered Prism: Shards of the prism linger, inflicting 20 Cosmic damage every 1 sec and reducing the movement speed of players and Ephemeral Motes. (Heroic)

Inflicts an additional 20 Cosmic damage every 1 sec and increases damage taken from Lightshatter Beam by 500% for 6 sec. This effect stacks.

Lance: Halondrus' primary attack inflicts Physical damage to its current target.
Reclamation Form: Halondrus embeds itself atop an Ephemeral Fissure, inflicting 15 Physical damage to all players each time it stakes a leg into the sand.
Activates Eternity Engine.

Eternity Engine: Halondrus' engine pulses with energy, inflicting 225 Cosmic damage to all players every 2 sec.

Ephemeral Eruption: Halondrus reclaims an orb of ephemera and erupts with destructive energy, inflicting 37471 Cosmic damage to all players and an additional 5621 Cosmic damage every 1 sec for 24 sec. This effect stacks.

Relocation Form: Halondrus regains its mobility, inflicting 15 Physical damage to all players each time it pulls a leg from the sand.

Quaking Steps: Halondrus' steps cause the earth to tremble, inflicting 11241 Physical damage to all players with each step.

Collapsing Mote: Each mote collapses, inflicting 14989 Cosmic damage to players within 3.5 yards.
Detonation: The orb violently erupts, knocking all players away from its location.
Inflicts 104920 Cosmic damage to players within 15 yds and 11241 Cosmic damage to all other players.

Eternity Overdrive: Halondrus' engine locks in overdrive, inflicting 1499 Cosmic damage to all players every 1 sec and pulling ephemera towards its location. These effects grow in intensity every 20 sec.
