Just curious - is there a reason why Hands the preferred crafting slot for Stormstout, given that Hands and Shoulders have the same stat allocations?

So I have a question what if I have 213 gloves and 184 shoulders should I still craft the Stormstout's Last Keg gloves?

I think the utility of Fatal Touch is being overlooked here. Being able to basically delete a difficult or annoying mob once a minute in a Mythic+ is real handy.

A patch-level system being disrupted by an expansion-level system might seem annoying, or frustrating, or just kinda dumb, but I will say this: Someone at Blizzard thought it was a good idea!

Why it's versa+crit not versa+mastery as suggested stats for legendary?

With the 2nd legendary on the waist in 9.2, perhaps the above recommendation to put Stormstout's Last Keg in that slot should be edited.
