Spell

Description

Our new capstone talent that causes the periodic ticks of Rupture to reduce the Energy cost of your next Hemorrhage or Backstab used within 10 seconds by 3. This effect stacks up to 5 times. With perfect uptime of Rupture, this effectively grants us 1.5 Energy per second.

Quietus

Causes Sinister Strike, Hemorrhage, and Ghostly Strike to deal 10% more damage when used against targets below 35% health. If we have encounters such as Vaelastrasz the Corrupt that are spent entirely within the execute window, we could see some massive value out of this.

Dirty Tricks

A new 2-point talent that reduces the Energy cost of Sap and Blind by 25% per point.

Cutthroat

A 5-point talent that gives our Backstab a 3% chance per talent point to make our next Ambush not require Stealth.

Spell

Change

Premeditation

No longer requires Stealth, and the window to add to the Combo Points granted has been increased to 20 seconds, up from 10 seconds.

Camouflage

The first point put into this talent now reduces the cooldown of Stealth by an additional second.

Opportunity

Now a 2-point talent that increases damage by 10% at max. Was a 5-point talent that increased damage by 20% at max.

Improved Sap

This talent has been removed as Sap no longer has a chance to bring you out of Stealth.

Setup

Setup has been moved up in the talent tree and now grants a 100% chance to add a Combo Point when dodging or fully resisting a spell. This used to cap at 45% when fully talented.

Initiative

Now gives a 100% chance to add Combo Points from its relevant abilities, up from 75%.

Ghostly Strike

Now does increased damage when wielding a Dagger.

Serrated Blades

The armor reduction has been changed to a flat % instead of a value that increased with player level.

Hemorrhage

Now deals increased damage when wielding a Dagger. The physical damage increase to allies has been removed and instead replaced with a 15% increase to Rupture damage.

Dirty Deeds

Removes the positional requirement from our Garrote ability.
