Comment by Frail

Horde Paladin is Undead not Tauren

Comment by kkofodh

Human Hunter
Dwarf Shaman
Gnome Priest
Undead Paladin

those are confirmed so far by looking at the streams

Comment by Eyrandor

I've seen on stream that "Will to survive" (Effect: Removes stuns) has been added as human active racial skill.

Comment by MacLeary

Orc Mage confirmed via streams.

Comment by Zolvolt

You're missing troll warlock and orc mage>

Dwarf mage is also not an option

Comment by roguesdiary

Touch of the Grave hasn't been included in undead racials

Comment by kkofodh

perhaps use another mark, for the new race/class combo's. so its easy to see what new compared to classic

Comment by DeathStone

For the Skyborne Ally/Horde you could just use the faction icon in place of the star for the race/class combo in the matrix instead of having it above since we know they are new to Forever since they are Forever exclusive. Great job at this so far! ♥

Comment by Jondoewow

Dwarf 4th racial is Big Game Hunter,”Deal 5% more damage to beasts.”

Comment by Todesrolle

Why would i play dwarf hunter if i can play human or nelf hunter? The racials should be adjusted for sure.

Dwarf Hunter 1% crit from mace does not matter for hunter unless they suddenly can wield maces, they lost gun spec, they lost frost res, Big Game Hunter is a boring copy of Beast Slaying, Find Treasure is fluff and Stone Form does something in PvP i guess.

Human Hunter gets 2% crit from swords, Stun removal for PvP and stealth detection for PvP.

Nelf Hunter which by default has the highest AGI for hunters gets a 15 second cooldown that gives you 10% crit, has Shadowmeld for PvP and fluff in 1% Dodge and the wisp thing.

Conclusion is, Human for PvP and longer PvE fights, Nightelf for PvP and faster PvE fights. Don't pick Dwarf for hunter. Disappointing for a dwarf enjoyer.

Comment by Eiandri

Cannibalize for undead is wrong, it also gives mana now, not only health.

Comment by jinn15

Nelf Quickness passive should also have 2% move speed as well as the dodge from what I've been on streams

Comment by Jiluka

NElves shafted for classes again lol. It's becoming sad at this point.

Comment by Grethro

Refusing to give Tauren access to Paladins or Priests when almost every other race gets access to a new class is a choice. Tauren lore with the Earth Mother(Azeroth’s World Soul), her son and right eye An’she(The Light), and Mu’sha(Elune) her left eye is peak.

Comment by Tyrandelune

Night Elf Racials are not very accurate. Quickness was buffed to add +2% run speed, and Shadowmeld has been changed a bit.

Comment by Macburns

The question is do we have Haste in the game or is 1% haste just a dead drop cause it will have zero effect on spells?

Comment by Macburns

So its Gnome Mage, Priest and Warlock.
Night Elf Warrior, Rouge, Hunter, Druid ( Dps).
Sky Bourne Druid Tank,
Dwarf Shaman Pala melee,
Human Pala Tank, heal..
caster Shaman Dwarf if you cannot reach more haste in game..

Comment by Trang0ul

An important detail:

The team is also adding six new class-and-race combinations to explore: Gnome Priest, Human Hunter, Dwarf Shaman, Orc Mage, Troll Warlock, and Undead Paladin, with more planned for future updates.

Comment by Alyrea

Please give more horde priest races. I want a tauren or orc priest! Or am I being greedy? Also horde skyborn run speed racial seems OP.

Comment by ExpWarden

It would be really useful to add three separate recommendations to this guide: best racial for leveling, best for PvE at 60, and best for PvP. Some racials can look weak on paper but have a completely different value while leveling — Human Diplomacy for reputation, Troll Beast Slaying in the right zones, or profession racials when you're progressing tradeskills alongside your character.

Comment by Scaicool

Some of the benefits column contents are mismatched. For example, Orc "Shatter Curse" is displaying the benefits of the now-inexistent Command racial that used to increase pet damage by 5%.

Comment by stoppableforce

Some of this commentary seems out of place - what do the orc's Shatter Curse and troll's Regeneration have to do with pets or being a hunter?

Comment by Ryecoke

I suggest you remove the "Benefits" column in your racials section, since most of them are incorrect. The've fixed virtually all the racials to be benefit all classes (eg. weapon specs don't only benefit melee, they also give spell crit) so saying they are better for X class is basically just wrong.

Comment by Naelina22

So no Draenei Shaman (well, no Draenei at all). :'( That's my usual main.

Comment by Venan2

Guys what am I going to do now that my Night Elf Druid doesn't have their +5 Nature Resistance :D

Comment by MichaBenToby

Is it me or do the horde skyborne get shafted on racials? 100% health/mana regen speed is way better than a paltry 10% run speed O.o

Comment by StrayChowChow

Plainsrunning is back!

Comment by Marava

Really shocked that skyborne cannot be priests, nor mages for the horde. It will save me $30 at least.

Comment by Boubamoo

While it does make sense, Tauren really got the short end of the stick with class options. Really wish they just kept the old Horde being shaman only, Alliance paladin only at least but oh well.

Comment by Haiha

My dream of being an undead dual wielding hunter has been shattered :(

Comment by Ursaal

It continues to be a travesty that Gnomes can be Warriors and now Priests, but not Paladins.

Comment by Goochimane

I guess Dwarf Priest fear ward will never come back T_T. Gnome priest seems like a much better option.

Comment by Jorville

Can you make it so you can click the race names at the top of the table and have it jump to their details? For example, if you click "Dwarf" at the top of the table, it jumps to the section giving details on the dwarf race. I find myself scrolling back and forth between the table and the race details. This would make it a little faster.

Comment by Scotsman79

I had a look through the class guides and noticed there aren’t any Hunter guides available at the moment. Is this something that will be added at a later date?

Comment by Nekolicious

I saw this table and my interest in Forever went into the dumpster. I've played a gnome hunter for as long as I've played Warcraft and Forever takes it away. There really isn't any class that is as easy to play as hunter, in my opinion. Hunters have modestly decent armour, can use their pets to tank, attack at range (making it easier to run away) and don't require a high level of player skill (key spamming tends to work relatively well for anything I'd do). So, taking that away from me has seriously decreased my interested in Forever. I realise that hunter probably wasn't a gnome class in the original game, but I've played Warcraft for over a decade using gnome hunters and consider it a basic combination that should be provided.

Comment by Caelanon

Does anyone know if we'll be getting something akin to the Engraving system from SoD that let Rogues, Warlocks and Shamans tank, and mages heal? or was that scrapped? because currently speaking i dont see anything letting rogue or warlock tank, and rogue was my absolute favorite SoD tank. even if it wasn't top tier.

Comment by Selere

Dwarf racial abilities are so weak, only the Stoneform ability is actually strong. I wanted to play a Dwarf Hunter, but given this package, I think it's unviable, a Night Elf is a better choice.
