The HoardmongerDriven by voracious greed, the gluttinous Hoardmonger fiercely defends the stashes of food and supplies he has stolen from nearby troll tribes. Nalorakk's first trial is to eliminate him before the tribes go hungry.

Overview: The Hoardmonger will prevent his reserves from being pilfered at all costs, casting [Resourceful Measures] upon reaching 90%, 60%, and 30% health, empowering one of his abilities.
Upon reaching 100 energy he tosses out [Spoiled Supplies] inflicting damage to players and creating Rotten Mushrooms that apply [Toxic Spores] when destroyed.

Damage Dealers:
Rotten Mushrooms pulse [Putrid Presence] until destroyed.
[Earthshatter Slam] inflicts a massive amount of damage in a frontal cone.
[Savage Roar] inflicts a large amount of damage to all players.
Healers:
[Savage Roar] inflicts a large amount of damage to all players.
Rotten Mushrooms pulse [Putrid Presence] until destroyed.
[Earthshatter Slam] inflicts a massive amount of damage in a frontal cone.

Hearty Bellow: The Hoardmonger gathers from his pile of meat, allowing him to let out a mighty roar that inflicts 115557 Sonic damage to all players and an additional 13867 Sonic damage every 1 sec for 8 sec.
Bonespike Slam: The Hoardmonger gathers from his pile of bones, allowing him to slam the ground inflicting 231114 Nature damage to players in a frontal cone and creating bone spikes that inflict Bonespiked to players who step within them.

Bonespiked: Bone spikes rip into your feet, causing enemies standing within to suffer 9245 Physical damage every 0.5 sec and reduce their movement speed by 50%.

Overflowing Sack: The Hoardmonger gathers from his pile of mushrooms, allowing him to throw more Rotten Mushrooms during Spoiled Supplies.

Toxic Spores: Stepping on a Rotten Mushroom coats the player in toxic spores, inflicting 13867 Nature damage every 2 sec for 16 sec. This effect stacks.
Putrid Burst: After 12 sec the mushroom bursts, inflicting 69334 Nature damage and applying Toxic Spores to all players.

Earthshatter Slam: The Hoardmonger slams the ground, inflicting 231114 Nature damage to players in a frontal cone.
Colossal Roar: The Hoardmonger lets out a mighty roar, inflicting 115557 Sonic damage to all players.

Sentinel of Winter

The seasons can be kind or cruel. Sentinel of Winter unleashes the harshest of winter storms to test all who face him. To surpass Nalorakk's second trial, endure the biting cold and defeat the embodiment of a winter storm.

Overview: The Sentinel of Winter harnesses the power of the surrounding blizzard, forming [Raging Squalls] that wander the landscape and creating Fractured Shivercores that attempt to coat players with [Winter's Shroud].
At 100 energy he coalesces a massive storm to begin an [Eternal Winter], inflicting heavy damage and pushing back all players.

Damage Dealers:
Fractured Shivercores create [Snowdrifts] when defeated.
[Eternal Winter] inflicts heavy damage and pushes player back.
[Raging Squalls] wander the landscape and inflict moderate damage.
Healers:
[Eternal Winter] inflicts heavy damage and pushes player back.
[Glacial Torment] inflicts ramping damage.
Fractured Shivercores create [Snowdrifts] when defeated.
Tanks:

Fractured Shivercore

Winter's Shroud: The Fractured Shivercore blankets players with the chill of Winter inflicting 46223 Frost damage to all players and increasing their Frost damage taken by 10% for 20 sec. This effect stacks.
Snowdrift: Upon dying, the Fractured Shivercore creates a pile of deep snow at its location. Players standing within have their movement speed reduced by 40% and are immune to movement forces.

Shattering Frostspike: The Sentinel of Winter slams the ice, forming 2 icicles that shatter into Fractured Shivercores. (Mythic+, Mythic)

Fractured Shivercore

Winter's Shroud: The Fractured Shivercore blankets players with the chill of Winter inflicting 46223 Frost damage to all players and increasing their Frost damage taken by 10% for 20 sec. This effect stacks.
Snowdrift: Upon dying, the Fractured Shivercore creates a pile of deep snow at its location. Players standing within have their movement speed reduced by 40% and are immune to movement forces.
Rimeshatter: The Fractured Shivercore shatters, releasing ice fragments that hit the ground after 6 sec, inflicting 27734 Frost damage to players standing within.
If no players are present the fragment explodes, causing a Rime Detonation.

Rime Detonation: Inflicts 36978 Frost damage to all players and roots them in place for 4 sec.

Eternal Winter: The Sentinel of Winter manifests a massive storm and surrounds itself in a frozen veil, inflicting 27734 Frost damage to all players every 1 sec and pushing them back until the veil is broken.
Raging Squall: The Sentinel of Winter creates Raging Squalls, inflicting 35 Frost damage to players in the impact location. These squall's wander the arena, inflicting 83201 Frost damage every 1 sec.
Glacial Torment: The Sentinel of Winter assaults players with freezing temperatures, inflicting 36978 Frost damage every 2 sec for 16 sec that grows with intensity over time.

Nalorakk

Slumbering in his fitful, battle-filled dream, Nalorakk, the loa of war will only test the mettle of the worthy. Survive his trial and recieve his blessing or die trying.

Overview: The Loa of War spares no mortal as the final trial, assailing players with [Echoing Maul] and pushing them with [Forceful Roar].
At 100 energy, Nalorakk shows Zul'jarra no mercy, sending her into a [Concussive Shock] while he channels [Fury of the War God], sending echoes of Nalorakk charge at Zul'jarra that cast [Echoing Fury] on the first enemy they run into.

Damage Dealers:
Echoes of Nalorak charge at Zul'jarra during [Fury of the War God] each inflicting moderate damage.
Echoes of Nalorak cast [Echoing Maul] at their location.
Nalorakk pushes players back with a [Forceful Roar].

Echoing Maul: Nalorakk marks players, sending Echoes of Nalorakk to inflict 92446 Nature damage to players within 8 yards of their location after 4 sec. The Echo then persists at that location.

Each time Echoing Maul triggers, all Echoes of Nalorakk will replicate the attack.

Echo of Nalorakk

Spectral Slash: The echo slashes at nearby players, knocking them back and causing them to bleed 13867 Physical damage every 2 sec for 20 sec. This effect stacks.

Forceful Roar: Nalorakk lets out a mighty roar, inflicting 69413 Sonic damage and pushing back players for 3 sec.
Overwhelming Onslaught: Nalorakk overwhelms his target with a series of claw swipes, inflicting 184891 Physical damage and increasing damage taken by Overwhelming Onslaught by 100% for 5 sec. This effect stacks.

Defensive Stance: Zul'jarra creates a protective barrier, reducing damage taken from Overwhelming Onslaught by 50% to allies behind her.

Zul'jarra

Concussive Shock: Nalorakk knocks Zul'jarra into the air who smashes down into the ground. The massive impact stuns her until all Echoes of Nalorakk have charged her.
When Concussive Shock is removed Zul'jarra knocks back nearby Echoes.

Demoralizing Scream: Zul'jarra cries out in pain when an Echo of Nalorakk attacks her, inflicting 69334 Sonic damage to all players.
Players feel the weight of their failure to defend her, increasing their damage taken by 10% for 30 sec. This effect stacks.

Some tips, as the dungeon journal tells you what the NPCs DO, rather than what YOU need to do.
(Note this was in a Follower dungeon. Heroic & Mythic will do something extra.)

Enter the dungeon through the bear's mouth. Sit at the campfire to be placed in dream-sleep.
Gather the berries and other resources, killing the birds etc that try and get them before you do.
Fishing: click on the pool rather than trying to fish (water too shallow...)
The birds in the mob packs throughout do an annoying silence, (inc. healers), so you may want to prioritise them in a caster-heavy party.

1. The Hoardmonger
Avoid the frontal cone after he jumps
Run over the mushrooms to get rid of them- healer needs to dispel the dot left

After: do NOT engage the adds on the bridge - run over it first.
Hide behind the rocks for Rising Winds - but make sure the adds that do knock-backs face away (pref. don't pull them just before winds).

2. Sentinel of Winter
Avoid the Snowdrift pools left by killing Fractured Shivercores. Not sure if Tanks can keep them to one side?
Stay away from where Raging Squalls land, and move if they get close.
Use defensives/self heals if needed when removing the Eternal Winter shield

After: Click on the fire to return to the entrance to Nalorakk.
Prioritise the Loyal Saberfangs which will randomly chase a party member

3. Nalorakk
I think this is how this works - it doesn't do much damage in Follower dungeons!
If you're targeted with Echo, try and place it in a corner or wall, far away from Zul'Jarra
When Nalorakk casts Fury of the War God (sword icon on the scrolling list), stand between her and the Echoes to absorb some of the damage.

For the Hoardmonger, if you are in a follower dungeon and you are *NOT* the lead, you will need to be the leader to place the resources to trigger the boss fight.
