Tier 10 sets come, like Tier 9, in three varieties: level 251, 264 and 277.
The lowest version is obtainable using the new end-game raid emblems,
Emblem of Frost
, and the subsequent versions must be upgraded using Marks of Sanctification, and then once more using Heroic Marks of Sanctification.
Emblem of Frost
drops off all bosses in
Icecrown Citadel
, as well as from
Toravon the Ice Watcher
.
Marks of Sanctification, which are seperated onto different tokens by class, drop off Icecrown Citadel bosses in Heroic 10-player and Normal 25-player modes.
Heroic Marks of Sanctification drop exclusively off Icecrown Citadel bosses in Heroic 25-player mode.
