Woohoo! You're done! Go try it out. Re-enable your other addons.FAQWhat about "Emo: *" rings?! Do I need to bind them?
Why this guide? Why not make an addon?I found this emote you missed... have a ring idea... found a bug... etc.Hey Foxlit! Opie Wishlist!

New info: You only need to cut and paste the ring snapshots. It will put the ring names in automatically when you paste the snapshot. Smart :) Hard at work on the stand alone addon.

Sooooooo... tried to dig into the opie lua yesterday only to realize I have no clue what I'm doing. I can poke around and find where commands go for the most part but am fumbling around in the dark on what to change where. In other words... amateur. Probably going to leave this in guide/post form, but if anyone gets excited about this and wants to make it a standalone addon... get permission from foxlit and go for it. You have mine for what I did (which really wasn't much except grunt work).

Speaking of which, machinelf did something cool with it that you can see on youtube.

He imported my emote rings and stuck them all on one binding and nested the rest. Cool!

Just got a Razer Naga which is part of what inspired EmOpie. Bound it to my emote wheels. Ahhhhhhh... that's nice.

Hey there. Just tried this and is awesome.
But I'm having a problem with the nested ring: "Emotions", only the first layer works: sad, happy, angry and fear. I cant select the emotes inside those rings.
I don't know what i'm doing wrong.

I know this is years later and you may not be playing/using this any more, but for posterity this is incredibly well-made, thank you for sharing! Would recommend, if you're interested, in also sharing this on wago.io as it has a section on OPie rings.

I personally use my own OPie ring for Emotes, but it's nowhere near as intricate, I'm totally going to use parts of the ring for my purposes. Most interesting thing is that the slices have "labels", as in the show the macro'd action on mouse-over which I personally haven't been able to reproduce (would love insight on this).
