Loganaar doesn't have the quest for me.

you need epic for it to be available.

In the section Three Guardians, at the quest The Hawk's Essence, it says you need to summon the birdie to complete the quest. This is false, you need to fly to Evergrove in Blade's Edge Mountains and complete it to the same quest giver where the part of the Three Guardians started!

You get around 105-110g from quests when completing this at level 70.

Now you no longer need to be Revered with Lower City. Since patch 2.3 Honored is sufficient to buy the Auchenai Key to enter Heroic Sethekk Halls.

"10 Bogblossom Bogblossom can be found on top of Mushrooms in Zangarmarsh. Be careful picking them, because they can explode, knocking you off the mushroom. Be prepared to cast Flight Form quickly."

You can be in your flying form to pick these so no need to be ready to cast it if you're knocked back.

Cyclone can be used to buy some time to heal yourself if required

I got immediately hexed and killed... so that's probably not possible
