Description

Tidal Wave

Tidal Wave deals Frost Damage in a cone in front of Tidewalker and applies a 15-second debuff, reducing melee attack speed.

Watery Grave

Watery Grave will teleport 4 random players to the waterfalls in the center of Tidewalker's room, stunning them for a short duration and dropping them from above, where they will take fall damage.

Earthquake

Earthquake deals damage to everyone within 50 yards of Tidewalker and will summon two packs of six Tidewalker Lurkers, which will run in through both entrances of Tidewalker's room.

Summon Water Globule

Summon Water Globule will be cast when Tidewalker reaches 25% total health. At each Waterfall location, a blue bubble will spawn and start to slowly move toward random players. If they connect with a player, they will explode for significant damage.

The Murloc group Tanks have the most difficult job during this encounter, and the raid should be patient before burning the Murlocs, until plenty of threat has been generated. Consumables such as Super Sapper Charge can be extremely useful during this fight, as they can generate a ton of snap threat on the Murloc waves.

The Main Tank needs to ensure that Tidewalker is always facing away from the raid to avoid the Tidal Wave from hitting anyone else.

Move Tidewalker away from the Water Globule during Phase Three to prevent anyone from taking damage from the explosions.

Tips for Melee on Morogrim Tidewalker

Do not start hitting any Tidewalker Lurkers until plenty of threat is generated by the Murloc group Tanks.

Use Heavy Netherweave Bandage on yourself after an Earthquake.

Tips for Ranged on Morogrim Tidewalker

Do not start hitting any Tidewalker Lurker until plenty of threat is generated by the Murloc Tanks.

Use Heavy Netherweave Bandage on yourself after an Earthquake.

Hunters and Mages can really help out the Murloc Tanks by using Frost Trap and Rank 1 Blizzard to slow the Murloc waves and give the Tank extra time to generate threat.

Tips for Healers on Morogrim Tidewalker

Have 1 or 2 Healers assigned to the players hit by Watery Grave. Druid are particularly good in this role, as their healing-over-time abilities can quickly pick those players back up.

Be prepared for a lot of raid damage after an Earthquake goes out, but do not immediately spam-heal the entire raid. If you start healing the entire raid right after an Earthquake, you will generate way too much healing threat on the Murloc waves. Wait until after the Murloc Waves have plenty of threat before spam-healing the raid.
