The small Crypt of the Forgotten zone does not allow the use of mounts.

The twisting path is a series of sinstones with varying gaps between them. It's easy to fall through it, so jumping is required.

There are several possible iterations to this treasure, so not all of the paths, destinations, and obstacles are the same.

Depending on which treasure path pops up, you have 60 seconds to get to and and loot the treasure before time expires and it all disappears. This was 18 seconds in beta and in the early game, so this is an improvement.

Spells such as Door of Shadows, Heroic Leap or Grappling Hook don't work to get to the destination. Even in the rare cases the treasure is on solid ground instead of sitting on a ghostly sinstone, it's too far to target from the ground, and once you are on the sinstone path, those spells do not work.

"Shrouded" Sorcerer 22, 55.6 - Thirst For Anima - When below 30% health, your damaging spells and abilities have a high chance to stun your enemy for 5 sec, healing you for 10% of your max health per sec and damaging them for that amount. This effect cannot happen more than once per min.

"Shrouded" Arcanist 21.8, 55.5 - Ashen Urn - After defeating 10 enemies, you call forth an Ash Crawler to fight alongside you. Each enemy that you defeat together increases his damage by 2% and heals him for 10% of his health, but he cannot be healed.

"Shrouded" Marauder 21, 7, 55,7 - Mobile Mirror Set - Your damaging spells and abilities have a chance to summon mirror shards that focus light in a beam in front of you, dealing Fire damage to your enemies and causing them to burn for additional damage over time.

The enemy Champion Anima choice gets a bit old...same Elite everytime until you unlock other Champion towers...Choose the Treasure stream and at least get good Anima to put back in the Sanctum.

The Dreadhollow Bolt is on the back side of The Court of Harvesters. Up the hill from where Wingsmash is standing.
DCoords is broken and I don't use another point locator so I thought this might help.

For the massive anima costs for the Tier 3 upgrades, the rewards are extremely underwhelming.

The Tier 3 buffs can only be used outdoors, and are useless even in raids and dungeons in Revendreth.

I don't think it's the area itself, rather after clicking the greedstone Path of Greed is cast on the player, which in game says Can see the path to treasure. Cannot mount.

Edit: After following the path to the treasure the buff can be clicked off and mounting is possible again.

the only covenant which do not provide mount as reward for some actions with lvl3 conduit. Useless buff that works only in this area plus you have to run here. Location is pretty unfriendly. Also chance to get specific cloak from Madalav. Almost same as from Network.

Pretty useless wasting of 10k anima. Think about it twice.

whoever designed these anima conductor daily quests needs to seriously reconsider his carrer path as some of these quests are totally unfun and extremely grindy and they give very little to no reward for the time you need to do them
