Aim to have a fairly equal distribution of players in each major area of the room, which will help to deal with Surging Growth, and Weaver's Burden.

During Phase 2, split the raid in half and have each tank with Inforescence lead them to the Cycle Wardens located on each side of the room.
Verdant Matrix

Nymue will create a pattern following the lines on the floor of the room.
Crossing any of the dividers will apply a stacking dot which deals damage.
Make sure to let the dot clear before crossing another barrier.
The pattern will change after each Phase 2, when Nymue channels Continuum.

Surging Growth

Surging Growths will burst from the ground, dealing damage to all players.
Standing on a Surging Growth will cause it to disappear much more quickly.
Keep up with soaking Surging Growths to avoid being overwhelmed by the damage they deal.

Impending Loom

Impending Loom will create several lines which travel across the platform.
Avoid being hit, even if it means having to cross the Verdant Matrix.

Assign half the raid to each side for this phase.

Full Bloom

At 100% energy, Nymue will cast Full Bloom which deals a massive amount of Nature damage within an indicator near her. Tanks should stand in this to gain the Inflorescence buff.
Inflorescence allows players to move through the Verdant Matrix without taking damage.
Each tank should guide their half of the raid to the add that spawns.

Cycle Warden

Each side will have a Cycle Wardenm which needs to be killed to end the phase.
Avoid the Lumbering Slam frontal cone, and Radial Flourish pattern which is cast.
During Phase 2, crossing the Verdant Matrix will trigger Verdant Rend, which will wipe your raid if more than one or two people trigger it.

Unravel

After the start of the intermission Nymue will pulse increasing damage every 3 seconds.

Weaver's Burden

On Heroic, Weaver's Burden will apply Woven Resonance, which is a 20 second vulnerability debuff.
Weaver's Burden will also spread to additional players, requiring them to run the debuff away from the raid before it times out.
Weaver's Burden will leave a Barrier Blossom at its location when it times out, which deals damage and knocks players away when contacting it.

Lumbering Slam

Lumbering Slam will spawn Surging Growth, so this will mean an additional ability to deal with during Phase 2.

Tanks

Taunt swap after each Weaver's Burden cast, and drop the debuff away from other players.
Nymue deals a combination of Physical and Nature damage to the tank.
When Full Bloom is cast at full energy stay near the boss to gain the Inflorescence buff and guide your half of the raid to the Cycle Warden.

Healers

Viridian Rain will be cast three times per Phase 1, and will significantly increase the amount of damage the raid is taking.
During each Phase 2, the raid will take increasing damage from Unravel.
At the end of each Phase 2, Nymue will channel Continuum which will deal raidwide damage over 10 seconds.

DPS

Stay on top of soaking Surging Growths, and avoid crossing the Verdant Matrix when possible.
