Better Together gives a small but high uptime Mastery buff.

Newfound Resolve is strong, though is not expected to have a high enough uptime to help Pelagos

Pointed Courage is a strong trait, despite Crit being much weaker for Elemental than it was in BfA. It's absolutely worth dropping the Potency slot to take it

Spear of the Archon provides a small crit buff when damaging a high hp target.

Light the Path gives a stacking crit buff that culminates in a large crit buff that will have a ~15% or so uptime.

Bron's Call to Action summons Mikanikos' robot buddy, Bron, to attack your target and heal your group. Reasonable, but takes a long time to activate.

Hammer of Genesis grants up to 15% haste and is great in Mythic+ environments, and depending on the uptime it has for you may be worth using over the second potency conduit.

Soulglow Spectrometer puts a stacking debuff on one enemy at a time, and will grant 1-5% damage dealt while active depending on how long it has been active.

Effusive Anima Accelerator places a dot on all targets within range of Vesper Totem when summoned, and reduces its cooldown by 4 seconds for each target hit
