Impact of Dragonflight Season 2 Tier Set for Elemental Shamans

With the acquisition of the Tier 30 Tier Set, Elemental will substantially change its build choice and rotational priorities.
2 set giving us high-frequency access to Stormkeeper moves the balance of the spec towards "Lightning" damage and talent choices to amplify them further.
The new builds are barely casting any Lava Burst, only using the spell to buff Elemental Blast with Master of the Elements, but instead set up burst combos with Surge of Power and Stormkeeper.
The loss of Lava Surge significantly reduces mobility and moves us back to our "turret caster" roots.
