Grove Invigoration is a good and straightforward first unlock that provides a bunch of Mastery whenever you use Sepsis. The best part about it is how early it is available.

Niya's Tools: Burrs is a VERY strong single target damage trait and usually worth the sacrifice of a Potency conduit. You will occasionally trigger burrs that spawn under your target which will then apply a powerful DoT to an enemy entering the zone / your main target if it still stands in it (with about 1s delay). There may be situations where you can miss it because enemies are kited away too quickly, but I don't think this should occur often enough to make it bad.

Niya's Tools: Poison can also be a damage gain if you have enough opportunities for interrupts. It also has the advantage that it is on the path of a Potency conduit.

Niya's Tools: Herbs sounds like it is a trait for healers, however, it is also a fair damage gain for us and allows you to pick another Finesse conduit. The reason this is a considerable pick is that anything with a direct or periodic healing effect existing can proc this. Both Slice and Dice and Stealth proc this simply because Recuperator and Soothing Darkness (for Subtlety) exist; you don't need to have them active. The herbs have a 10s internal cooldown so they cannot proc during their own buff. After that, it is a 30% proc chance on any healing event, which is every 2s of Slice and Dice and every 1s of stealth.

Bonded Hearts empowers the top trait of Grove Invigoration. Gaining a stack now heals nearby allies and if any of them is in a different covenant, you get an empowered version of Grove Invigoration.

Social Butterfly is a modest DPS gain in group content. It just is a little bit too weak to justify the sacrifice of the Potency conduit. Nevertheless, you can keep this in mind for groups with the same power and in case you are interested in the additional Endurance conduit.

Field of Blossoms is a good damage gain, provided you can stand in the ground zone it creates when you use Sepsis.

Dream Delver adds a very powerful new trait to this soulbind that offers a very good damage increase against a priority target. The main thing to be aware of is the short duration. During downtimes when you are out of melee range, you can try to keep it up with Shuriken Toss. That said, it stacks back up again rather quickly.

Wild Hunt Tactics is one of the best soulbind traits at the top of the trees and a solid DPS gain against targets above 75% max HP (boosting your opening burst). Numerically good, but can be situational and less worthwhile if you, for example, progress a boss that has an irrelevant first phase.

First Strike is a trait that comes in strong when there is a regular stream of new enemies. It is a pick that is easily worth sacrificing the Potency conduit for, but only in dungeons or content with add waves. For single target content, it is better to go for the Potency conduit. Keep in mind that this power can be a bit redundant if you also play with the Mark of the Master Assassin legendary.

Wild Hunt Strategem adds a new effect on top of Wild Hunt Tactics. The gist of it is that if the time span between attacking an enemy above 75% to proc tactics and attacking any enemy below 35% health is less than a minute, then you will deal 5% more damage against the latter for 10s. This power is thus almost useless in long single-target fights but can become very powerful with moving HP bars around you. This concept reinforces Korayn in being a dungeon and world content favoring soulbind.
