I tried using Greenskin's Wicker as a kyrian outlaw since you can make reprimand a cleave ability with Blade Flurry and the extra 6 seconds of crit from Between the Eyes is also enticing, but Greenskin doesn't synergize with Reprimand.
Say the blue combo lands on 2-combo. You do your finisher and shiv to skip rng and guarantee 2combo, you'll get the damage and 21 second BtE worth 7 combo points, but that's still only a 40% chance of activating Greenskin's Wicker instead of 140%...

Is greenskins the play in 9.2 with the set bonus?

Disappointing to see Greenskin's still being slept on in favour of Celerity. All of my testing on PTR has shown that, with the two set and four set active, Greenskin's has much better sustain than Celerity, which is the kind of DPS Outlaw is tooled for. Celerity begins to fall off rather quickly in comparison.

Reminds me again of everyone recommending Blood of the Enemy for Outlaw back in BFA, when Memory of Perfection was the objectively superior choice.

So according to latest DPS stats on noxxic, as of this post, ring is no longer BiS, it's Gauntlet. However, Celerity is not an option for this slot :-(
