For the Bulwark of Righteous Fury the recommended slot is shoulder over finger. What is the reasoning for that?

Relentless inquisitor is a Ret leggo Peot cant use it can it?

i know its in another guide, but please add sources of the leggos :)

- Bulwark of Righteous Fury only adds damage.
- The Magistrate's Judgment make you cast Shield of the Righteous more often thus resulting in more damage and a higher buff uptime or more heals.
- Holy Avenger's Engraved Sigil gives you more damage, interrupts and (if you have it) higher absorb shield uptime from the First Avenger talent.

Why would you want Bulwark over the other 2? It adds nothing in terms of defensive value. Aside from that, the damage increase will most likely only be 30% on single targets. And even then, the other 2 also provide a damage boost, so it's not actually a 30% increase over the other legendaries.

To top things off, The Magistrate's Judgement also works for Retribution AND Holy for offspec.

Divine Resonance got nerfed. It now lasts for 15 seconds, so you're only deriving 3 Avenger's Shields/Judgements/Holy Shocks from the effect. Not sure if it is considered top spot now but just wanted to make you aware of this.

What is the best legendary for Kyrian prot, now that Divine Resonance is neft?

Comment by Alyssonx

Divine Resonance grants you 3 activations of Avenger's Shield on one minute. Holy Avenger's Engraved Sigil grants you, on average, 1.75 activations of Avenger's Shield per minute.

Okay so I swore I read somewhere you could have 2 Legendaries equipped but now I'm not finding that information and when I try to equip my second one it's not allowing me to. Did I miss something or was I imagining it?

For casuals the best seems to be The Magistrate's Judgment . You can use it with all specs and it is also good for ret and prot. You can chose between damage and self heal boost whenever you want. Seems to be the most versatile.

Re: Holy Avenger's Engraved Sigil -- If you are a Kyrian, you do not want to craft this legendary.

Care to explain why?

Looking through this since I'm considering swapping mains.

Night Fae paladin really got shafted. The ability is just bad, and the legendary really doesn't help it in the slightest.
I think the way to fix the legendary would be to duplicate the buff- when you cast it on an ally, you receive a copy of it also.
Possibly when self-cast the cooldown or duration might be improved.

I don't know. It's just so lackluster it's hard to imagine that effort was put into thinking of it.

Can someone better explain why the Holy Avenger's Engraved Sigil is "very bad" according to this main post? Lincoln claims that it uses up a GCD and that ultimately has a negative effect. I am confused because Shield of the Righteous is not on the GCD and an Avenger's Shield reset, essentially gives you free Holy Power. How is this a bad thing, this sounds very good. Free Holy Power, extra dps and you can still use SoR, how is that "very bad" ? Am I missing something, this legend looks interesting to make, especially when paired with the Kyrian Divine Resonance and First Avenger talent. Would love to hear some feedback on this.
